B105170 – 300 kV Gas-insulated Substations
The B105 is single-phase, SF6 gas-insulated,
high voltage metal-enclosed switchgear,
which is continuously being upgraded to
the state of the art.

Customer benefits
•Minimum floor space requirements
•Insulated system unaffected
by environmental conditions
•Modular design
•Almost unlimited extension
and modification possibilities
•High operational reliability
•Simple maintenance
•Long service life expectancy
The increasing demand for electrical power in cities and industrial centres neces-sitates the installation of a compact and efficient distribution and transmissionnetwork. High voltage gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) is ideal for such applications.
