Over 10 years ago, we launched IR with a vision to create a powerful collective of like-minded individuals. We are now the largest network of its type in the world with over 1100 members in 160+ jurisdictions, covering over 70 areas of expertise. At this event, we will share our vision for the next 10 years and what we can achieve together.

This will be a limited ticket event and the first hosted in nearly two years so please book ASAP secure your place. We understand for many of you this may be the first opportunity to resume face to face meetings so please be assured we will be working closely with all our venues to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

Dear Members,

After over a year of uncertainty and some tough decisions when cancelling events, we are delighted to finally be returning to London for our annual conference and celebrating our 10, I mean 11-year anniversary!

From speaking to many of you these last 12 months during the Covid-19 crisis, we know there is a real desire to meet up with friends/colleagues again, make new connections in a conference environment as well as enjoy the cultural experience that the wonderful city of London has to offer. For most of you, we understand that the best connections and business partnerships are made in person.

The future is now! This topic has never been more relevant. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it has how reliant we have become on technology to keep to us connected and that businesses have to adapt to advance in the digital world.

How are you equipped to deal with the huge economic and social changes sweeping the globe? During the conference you will hear from world class speakers, join colleagues during practice area and regional breakout sessions and enjoy an extensive social programme including pre-event social activities with sponsors and local members, walking tour, drinks reception and luxury evening dinner in the historical Guildhall.

ABOUT WESTMINSTER Westminster is a government district and former capital

of the Kingdom of England in Central London within the

City of Westminster, part of the West End, on the north

bank of the River Thames. Westminster’s concentration

of visitor attractions and historic landmarks, one of the

highest in London, includes the Palace of Westminster,

Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and

Westminster Cathedral.

ABOUT BIG BEN Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the striking clock at the north end

of the Palace of Westminster in London and is usually extended to refer to both

the clock and the clock tower. The official name of the tower in which Big Ben

is located was originally the Clock Tower, but it was renamed Elizabeth Tower in

2012 to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II.

The clock was silenced in 2017 as part of a much-needed – and costly –

restoration project on the Elizabeth Tower which houses Big Ben.

Special occasions notwithstanding, this restoration work will result in the

clock’s longest period of silence in its 157-year history.

media, professional services, research and development,

tourism and transportation. It is the world’s largest finan-

cial centre and has the fifth or sixth largest metropolitan

CENTRAL HALL WESTMINSTERThe building in which Central Hall Westminster now operates is one of only a few to have been purpose-built for hosting events. Then known as Methodist Central Hall, the building was initially erected as a meeting space for the public and the Methodist Church – and was designed by architects Henry Vaughan Lanchester and Edwin Alfred Rickards.

After opening in October 1912, Methodist Central Hall quickly established itself as a prime setting for current affairs, debates and concerts. Central Hall Westminster was soon born from its popularity, and they have been managing events on-site ever since.

Thanks to it’s rich, longstanding heritage, the building has played host to some of the world’s most significant cultural and political events and welcomed some of the best-known public figures through our doors – including Winnie Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi and Mikhail Gorbachev.

Among notable past events are the first-ever meeting of the UN in 1946, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s first public performance in 1968, the Laureus World Sports Awards in 2012, and the BBC’s New Year’s Eve Concert for several years running.
