3. Egg and ToastTake one/ two eggs. Boil them in hot water for few minutes. Simultaneously, toast one/two slices of bread. Peel the eggs. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and enjoy your eggs with dry toasts. Let iron, calcium and proteins bring you good health!

4. Vegetable OatsA very nutritious way to consume oats is to cook them with some vegetables like carrots, peas, onions, ginger, potatoes and tomatoes.This would not take more than fifteen minutes and would make a very wholesome breakfast!
