the CeReC Blocs C und CeReC Blocs C PC consist of a finely structured feld-spar ceramic material, which is biocompatible and resembles natural tooth enamel in terms of its shading, strength and abrasion resistance. It is the ideal material for tissue-conserving, aesthetic chairside restorations.
the interaction between chromatic dentin and the translucent incisal area in the visible anterior tooth region has previously been a limiting factor for the use of CAD/CAM systems. CeReC Blocs C In and the software algorithm set for these blocks have changed this.
CereC blocs C – for enAMel-like inlAyS, onlAyS, veneerS AnD AnAtoMiCAlly SiZeD CrownS£ enamel-like abrasion resistance£ Pronounced translucency and chameleon effect£ Very good polishing characteristics
tHe benefitS for youthe CeReC shade system helps you achieve the right color matching. It uses the simplicity of the VItA Classical system. Color matching is easier than ever before thanks to the CeReC Blocs Shade Guide with its selection of real-life samples.

tHe riGHt CHoiCe£ So far, more than 20 million restorations have been created out of finely structured feldspar ceramic blocks£ long-term studies have demonstrated that 95–97% of the crowns are still intact after four years[1]
£ After 10 years, the clinical survival rate of inlays and onlays is between 90 and 95%[2]
MultilAyer £ the complete digital fabrication of framework and veneering structure for crowns and bridges with the inlab software and MC Xl milling unit£ CeReC Blocs (mono and polychromatic) up to size 40 mm for the veneering structure £ Fast and cost-effective alternative to pressing or veneering£ Aesthetic advantage with veneering block with natural color gradient£ Increased security from chipping due to clinically proven homogenous ceramics
the blocks consist of an inner core of highly chromatic dentin covered by a translucent layer of enamel. the dentin cores are modeled after the shape of dentin in natural teeth. the outer shape of the tooth is determined by the biogeneric data in the software. An algorithm integrated in the software aids for the right positioning of the restoration in the block, so that the exact tooth color selected by the user is achieved and an aesthetically pleasing is possible.
bloCk ASSortMent:£ One block size: M£ 11 colors: – Bl2 – A1; A2; A3; A 3,5; A4 – B2; B3 – C2; C3 – D3
DiAGrAM SHowinG poSitioninG of tHe Dentin Core in tHe bloCkthe dentin core is used from both sides, so the same core can be used for very narrow front teeth in the lower jaw as well as for wide front teeth in the upper jaw.
iMAGe of Color SeleCtion in tHe SoftwArethe dentist can enter the tooth color and thickness of the incisal enamel in the software. After this data is entered, the algorithm automatically positions the crown in the block in the position suitable for the color indicated.
iMAGe of tHe tHiCkneSS of inCiSAl enAMelthe user can individually adjust the patient‘s enamel substance without losing the desired color in the incisal area.

inCoris CC is a sintering metal based on a CoCr alloy that, like the known zirconium oxide process, is first milled while oversized and then compacted by sintering in a furnace under argon atmosphere, for example with the inFire htC speed.
the majority of all restorations fabricated around the world are still made of NPM. inCoris CC does not differ from the conventional materials used in laboratory routine. It can be processed as usual, the difference being that the time-consuming steps of modeling, casting, and deflasking are omitted.
Starting immediately, this is also possible with inlab in the own laboratory with no further major investment. CoCr restorations can be fabricated in laboratory routine quicker, cleaner, and in a higher quality. the capacity of the inlab system can be even better used, because of this.

inCoris Model
FROM DIGItAl IMPReSSIONS tO A MoDel.Optical digital impressions with Sirona Connect are an innovative, precise alternative to conventional dental impressions. the intraoral digital data are calculated to create a 3D model and sent directly via internet to a dental laboratory of choice. two possibilities for manufacturing physical models offer the dental laboratory additional flexibility for restorations: centrally produced or in-house with a milling unit.
CentrAl MoDel proDuCtionthe laboratory sends the 3D model data to Sirona’s central model production. Valuable working time which was previously used for cleaning the conventional impression, pouring materials, capping, setting the pins, cutting the stone model and placement of model segments is thereby saved. the model is made out of an acrylic synthetic resin using an SlA stereolithography production process.
MoDelS witH tHe new inlab MC XlAn interesting alternative to centrally produced models are those which are milled in-house with the inlab MC Xl milling unit. Dental laboratories are now able to control the entire digital process from the receipt of digital impressions and model milling to the CAD/CAM creation of the restoration. It is also possible to scan conventional elastomer impressions and create models from the data.
your benefitS£ More robust than a stone model: will not break when dropped£ More abrasive-resistant than a stone model: the prepped tooth form will not be affected by the restoration being put-on or taken-off.£ Already segmented: every prepared stump is a separate segment£ Already pinned to the base plate: similar to existing model processes
your benefitS£ Integrated digital workflow from impression to model and restoration creation£ Particularly well suited for the production of partial jaw models for single tooth restorations or smaller bridges in the posterior region£ Maximum flexibility by processing digital impressions via in-house milling and complete control over the model production process
*Applicable only for inCoris ZI. inCoris tZI is only approved for full anatomical restorations.

Polish CeReC Blocs using flexible aluminium oxide
(Al2O3) coated discs, polishing brushes and diamond
paste. ensure ample water cooling and apply only
gentle pressure.
As an alternative to polishing, the restoration can be
glazed and then atmospherically fired in order to create
a high gloss finish. this process can be delegated to
your assistant.
to achieve particularly aesthetic results you can
characterize the CeReC Bloc restorations with the
VItA ShADING PASteS.
CeReC Bloc restorations with thermal expansion
coefficient 9.4 X 10–6/K can be veneered locally using
an appropriate ceramic material. this enables you
to achieve outstanding results particularly in the
anterior region.
