8 Joint meeting with VCEG

8.1 Kick off of new JCT

This was started with the acronym 3V

The two subgroups joint with VCEG develop standards that are assigned by the parent bodies. New work, such as satisfaction of a requirements not originally in the mandate require concurrence of the parent bodies.
