> An auditor training program has a lot of parts:
> Curriculum - you’ll need to define what you want the auditors to know, and how to best teach them
> Trainers - you’ll need a way to recruit and train your trainers, plus you’ll need a way to make sure there’s consistency in what’s being taught from trainer to trainer
> Overall program management - you’ll need to design a system to effectively manage the program - you’ll need a set of procedures that gives you consistency yet flexibility - you’ll need a “management system.”
