The prime purpose of any business is to stay in business.Business is all about satisfying customer needs profitably………The customer can be both external as well as internal!!!

Rules of Ruling:

•Some kings focus on expanding their kingdom, they are merely conquerors who are thrown away by the people.

•Some kings focus on maintaining their rule, they are merely governors who are thrown away by their enemies.

•The real rulers are those who expand their empires as well as maintain their empires. How this is done is simple…… Take good care of your followers and keep expanding.

By the same analogy, if the internal customers are happy, they will put in their best to make the external customers happy and business will flourish!!
