RAGstatus:Green
June 08 achievementsWebcalls – Invitations issued for webcall on BTW’s Customer Roadmap to be held 1st July. Positive responses which have
increased log in requests for the Roadmap.Programme of next webcalls being planned.
Other information:Communications working group have agreed that no communications will be sent for Wick and Bedlinog migrations.Communications will commence from Nelson onwards, however, the working group have to agree what the communication
should look like as a blanket door drop is not an option due to customers being groomed out. Several options will be discussed at the next working group.
Corporate communications:White labelled pack for use by CPs for the corporate customers should be issued shortly.
Other:
Working group informed of descope (not closure) of Carlson activities during voluntary migration period (eg call centre will be IVR rather than manned. Website will continue to be maintained.) Once planned migration restarts activities will be resumed.
A customer friendly communications pack on the DSP for CPs to use within their own companies is being developed by Joe Kelly.

July 08 work plan 1st July – webcall on BTW’s Customer Roadmap
4th July – Communications working group (key areas will be Pathfinder and communication for Nelson etc).

WG Issues & RAGsWorking Group Issues are defined as problems that are within the WG scope and will impede the progress of the WG and cannot be totally resolved, without delaying known milestones, by the WG without outside help.
The outside help will be triggered by a formal escalation. Any WG that has one or more escalations currently flagged will be deemed to be in status Red (shown against time indicator). If an issue has the potential to delay a key milestone it should raise an Amber status flag, but no formal escalation will be raised. Once the escalation has been dealt with and appropriate guidance given the escalation will be closed and the WG status will revert.
Other WG RAG status influences will be: Cost, Quality & Customer Satisfaction & Information, as in table below.
