GUEST SPEAKER TODAY The guest speaker for the month of July is Pastor Gary
Spykerman, a professor at Grace Bible College. He is doing a series on “Balancing
and Aligning the Church.
ADULT SUMMER BIBLE STUDY ON WEDNESDAY EVENINGS Harold Kimbel
is teaching a course entitled “How To Study the Bible” at the church on Wednesday
nights at 7:00 p.m. Taken from Ephesians 2:11-18, this course is for anyone inter-
ested in teaching a future course or just interested in getting more out of the Bible.
FAMILY FUN AT THE FURBUSH’S! Again this year, Daniel, Linda and Jessica
Furbush are opening up their home and pool for family fun on Friday nights starting
at 5:30 p.m. this Friday, July 11, and ending on September 12 (weather permitting).
All youth group aged youth and their families and youth sponsors are invited. Bring
your swim suits, towels, and floatation devices for younger children. If you would like
to bring your own dinner, feel free to do so. A hot grill will be available along with
paper products, glasses, utensils, water and ingredients for s’mores. No need to sign
up ...just stop by anytime after 5:30 and leave whenever you need to. Their address

MEN’S WEDNESDAY MORNING GROUP The Wednesday morning men’s prayer
group is taking a month off! There will be no group for the month of July but please
join us as we resume our fellowship, talk, prayer and coffee on Wednesday, August 6,
at 6:30 a.m. Come when you can...leave when you must! All men are welcome!
FAMILY GAME NIGHT & POTLUCK Save the date! On Sunday, July 20, Parkside
will be hosting a Game Night and Potluck at 6:00 p.m. We are inviting Grace Bible
Fellowship to join us for this event. Plan to attend, have some fun, eat some great
food and meet some new people!

newspapers to the church in support of youth outreach. If you would like to support this cause

HOLLAND HAVEN MARATHON Start practicing for the September 6 Marathon with the
26.2 miles event starting at Parkside at 7:30 a.m. and ending in Grand Haven. More info is

PIONEER CLUBS VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
It’s just the start of summer but we’re already preparing for our fall start-up
of Pioneer Clubs! Former teachers, please contact Michelle Crook to let her know
if you plan to continue teaching this year. We also have an interest in a group for
age 4-Kindergarten and would need teachers for this age group. If you did not
teach last year but would be interested, WE NEED teachers and helpers. Talk
to Michelle or Jill Welch on what is involved or to get more details!
