The Enduron® SP cone crusher is characterised by a unique and ingenious design, easily combining light weight, compact, and robust frames resulting in one of the most advanced cone crushers in the industry.

Resulting from years of research and development, SP series cone crushers capitalize on extensive materials and engineering experience to design and manufacture these remarkably reliable crushers.

Features and BenefitsHigher Productivity

The Enduron® SP series cone crushers deliver one of the highest production capacity per ore ratio in the industry. Such a performance is achieved by combining the power of a higher eccentric speed - 375 RPM - with the potential of a bulkier crushing chamber.

The former is achieved thanks to a better power transmission from the counter-shaft, which revolves at 800 RPM. The efficiency of the transmission is achieved by better gearing, which is partially due to the quality of the Spiral Beveled Gear Assembly used in Enduron® cone crushers. The latter is the result of an ingenious design that features an increased mantle slope and a longer mantle shaft.

A larger crushing chamber means higher material capacity, and faster eccentric speed results in more tons per hour produced when compared to standard cone crushers. As a matter of fact, the SP series cone crushers deliver 30 to 40% more capacity per hour than spring-type cone crushers.

Additionally, the increased mantle slope feature confers a very cubical shape to the throughput essential for quality aggregate production.

A larger crushing chamber means higher material capacity and faster eccentric results in more tons per hour produced, as opposed to standard cone crushers.

Minimal Downtime

The Enduron® SP series crusher features several characteristics that deliver minimal downtime for your operations. Low downtime means full operation of your crushers. And with a high performance cone crusher such as the SP series, it ultimately means quick return on your investment.

All Enduron SP crushers are equipped with two 'adjust on the run' planetary gearbox hydraulic motors which allow you to unlock the top cell (bowl), adjust and re-Iock — all during full production. No need to stop operations.

In addition, the hydraulic adjustment system aids not only in setting quick changes, but also in fast wear parts changes. The patented locking system allows you to change the liners in less than two hours.

Low Operating Costs

The SP series cone crusher combines several features and options that help you realize savings on your operating costs.

The working environment of a crusher can be dusty, causing some parts to wear out fast and the lubrication oil to be contaminated. The patented dust seal system is equipped with an auto greaser and protects the crushers' dust-sensitive parts, leading to a longer service life, fewer spare parts change, and lower expense costs.

The SP series crushers also allow you to lower your labour costs. All adjustments and operations are fully automated. They come with an easy-to-operate control panel that requires no more than one individual to operate and a wireless remote control is offered for the convenience and freedom of your plant operators.

Easy to operate

Enduron® SP crushers are built to make your operations and business run more smoothly and easily. Its simple and easy to read control panel provides you with the necessary information to properly run your crusher. For example, the SP crusher shows you the exact cone setting in millimeter, tenths and hundredths of a millimeter units.

To enhance your crusher's life and maintain optimal crushing capacities, an automatic liner change reminder is included for your convenience. When new mantle and concave liners are installed, the automated reminder is reset. As the crusher operates, the system will track production capacities and calculate the liner wear rate. When the cone liners reach the maximum wear point, it sends a flashing reminder to "change cone" on the cone setting meter. After the wear parts are changed, simply reset the automated reminder system and continue efficient, reliable crushing.

Versatility

The easy-to-operate touchscreen control panel for Enduron® SP crushers can be used in a wide range of activities and for a wide range of products. The SP series has been widely used for applications ranging from mining and infrastructure development to quarrying and recycling industries.

Moreover, each of the four models which encompass the SP series - the 100 model, 200 model, 300 model and the 400 model - can be mounted with a different concave to suit your throughput requirements: coarse or fine. Enduron® SP crushers are designed for secondary or tertiary crushing purposes both in stationary and portable applications.
