Sub: List of External examiners for B.E Semester -3 Practical Examination Winter Exam 2014 at your
center
The following is the list of faculty who are appointed as an external examiner to conduct
practical examination as per the detail mention below at your center. TA and DA is to be paid to all
examiners as per GTU norms.
1. For Viva/practical examination, it is Compulsory for each examiner to get registered on GTU
portal on the day of Examination. GTU coordinator of Vivo/Practical Exam Center needs to
Register Examiner via his/her Login and allocate Students to examiner before Start of
Vivo/Practical Examination. (Link to get login is http://14.139.122.69/marksheetgen )
2. It is Compulsory for Examiner to submit hand written examiner mark sheet, attendance report
and computer generated mark sheet (having student's vivo marks) in sealed envelope to center
incharge.along with "viva completion letter from Examiner"
3. Exam center in-Charge have to submit sealed envelopes to GTU within 3 working days once all
subject practical examination of the particular semester is over.
4. For Design Engineering Subjects viva of BE course ,Kindly refer link for Evaluation
