Position: Site Manager – Construction of LIDL Supermarket (structural and architectural works, project value: 283,420 Eur.) Company & Location: IRG Company SRL, Iasi, Romania. Responsibilities:

Monitoring progression of all construction site activities.

Management of staff and subcontractors on a daily basis. Material take offs and coordination of material delivery for all

elements of construction projects. Management of health and safety requirements throughout all

stages of construction. Project cost control. Continual review and control of the project programme ensure

deadlines are achieved. Period: November 2015 – December 2016

Position: Project Manager - Rehabilitation of Tecuci and A. Saligny streets in Galati County (Sewerage, Water network, Electrical network and Road System) (Project Value: 4,521,985 EURO), RED FIDIC Company & Location: Lemacons SRL, Galati, Romania. Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design.

Perform inspection of construction activities to ensure conformance with approved designs/plans.

Coordinate and communicate between field, designers and client. Attending to weekly, monthly and other meetings with the official

authorities, consulting company and all representatives; Approve sub-contractor and vendor invoices. Reviewed engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other

related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions.

Coordinated proposed changes in design with consultants and construction manager while maintaining schedule and budget.

Preparing of Interim Payment Certificates, Variation Orders, Monthly Reports, Quarterly Reports, Final Reports, correspondence regarding contractual quantities, site inspections, measurements, tax exemption letters and all kind of activities regarding quantities and financial aspects of contract.

Participation to contractual meetings, correspondence with all parties, drafting and finalising of the execution schedules, checking of Contractor’s reports, work programs, Cash-Flow and as-built Drawings.

Period: July 2012 – July 2014
