You are invited to join us for the first KCSMA Gingerbread Bazaar on Saturday, 12/12/15 from 11 am to 2 pm. We will provide the interior space, exterior signage, and advertising! You bring your own table & chairs, displays, merchandise, and change for purchases. Our goal is to provide a great variety of items for shoppers to select from. Vendor items can include but are not limited to Tupperware, Avon, Mary Kay, embroidered items, art, crafts, jewelry, specialty clothing, woodworks and unique items. Terms & Conditions: Spaces will be rented on a first-come first-serve basis. Bazaar Coordinators may choose to deny a vendor based on duplication of product. Registration fee is for a single 8’x4’ space. Note: The registration fee is discounted if you are a KCSMA family or faculty member. Vendors are responsible for the set-up (starting at 9:30 am), manning during event and clean-up (starting at 2 pm) of their tables. Also, vendors must have change for payments. Vendors keep all profits from sales. However, we ask you to consider doing one of the following: give a 10% discount to KCSMA PTO members and/or donate an item to be used during our fundraising auction later in the school year. Kennesaw Charter Science and Math Academy PTO will be hosting a Gingerbread Bazaar on Saturday, December 12, 2015, from 11 am to 2 pm at 3010 Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Ga. During this time, the school will be open, and we will be hosting outside vendors on campus. Vendor items must be appropriate for all ages and adhere to the guidelines established by the Cobb County School District. We reserve the right to refuse vendor space for inappropriate merchandise (i.e. toy weapons such as swords, guns, etc.) or duplications. We will limit the number of Home Based Businesses (i.e. Pampered Chef, Premier Jewelry, Tupperware, Avon, etc.) as to not have duplications and will select these vendors on a first come first serve basis. All vendor applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be approved by the KCSMA PTO. The vendor fee is $50.00 for an 8’x4’ foot space.

Vendors will need to provide all of their display equipment, including tables and chairs. Electricity will not be provided. If you are interested in having a booth, please complete the information below. Vendor applications and payment will be due by December 4, 2015.
