Es una secuencia reductiva la cual consta de 10 días, con sesiones de 60 minutos. El proceso inicia con un masaje reductivo para despegar la mayoría de grasa en el abdomen, brazos, piernas y los excesos del brasier ¡tratamos todas las zo-nas!

Posteriormente, se lleva a cabo una cavi-tación ultrasónica con calor infrarrojo incluido, para derretir la grasa. Hay que sacarla por medio de agua y fibra, así que cada vaso que tomes, será equivalente a más resultados. Al terminar el ul-trasonido la grasa queda suave y moldeable, es ahí cuando aplicamos aceite de almendras y con un instrumento llamado vacum, levantamos la pom-pa y le damos forma a la cintura y el cuerpo.

Cerabarets y French Cancan en Paris

París de noche no sería París sin sus famosos cabarets. Forman parte de la vida de la capital y son una parada obligatoria de cualquier visitante. No hay nada más divertido, pintoresco y extravagante que ver las bailarinas de los cabarets levantando sus faldones al ritmo del French Cancan. El Lido es uno de los cabarets más famosos, de muy fácil acceso sobre Campos Elíseos. Acaba de inaugurar un nuevo show que vale la pena descubrir.

En La Poule au Pot, la especialidad es la cena. Si llegas a la hora de la comida, encontrarás las puertas cerradas pero de 7pm hasta las 5am, este restaurante cuenta con un servicio sin interrupción. Le Tambour es famoso en el barrio Montmartre por su ambiente sin pretensión y su cocina simple pero que sirven hasta las 3:30am

Como moverte en Paris de Noche?

Los últimos metros pasan entre las 0:20 y las 0:40 hrs entre semana y entre la 1:20 y a las 2:00 hrs de la madrugada durante el fin de semana. Los primeros metros empiezan en todas las líneas a las 5:30 hrs. Cuando no quedan metros, los medios de transporte más seguros y baratos para desplazarte en París son los autobuses de noche llamados “Noctiliens”. 47 líneas atraviesan la capital para asegurarte que podrás llegar a donde quieras.

Nunca se debe alargar la celebración si no hay reservas de licor.• Conviene tener en cuenta que hay personas que no beben y que, por ende, la fiesta debe contar con una buena reserva de agua y gaseosas.• Comprar el licor en distribuidoras y por cajas sale, por lo general, más económico. Los expertos recomiendan que ap-enas se tenga el dinero, el licor sea lo primero que se compre.• Darle instrucciones claras a la persona que coordina la boda, al jefe de meseros o pedirle a alguien de confianza que veri-fique constantemente que el licor se sirva de manera adecuada durante la reunión, ello es fundamental para que el asunto no se convierta en una tortura mientras los recién casados disfru-tan de su celebración.Paso a paso todo debe quedar listo para tu evento, ningún de-talle puede pasar desapercibido. WINE AND FOOD PAIRING?If you are planning to serve wine along with food in your wed-ding, you must follow the rules of wine and food matching, but it is key to remember that the rule: –red meats, red wines; white meats, white wines– has been replaced by a new criterion: the more complex the dish served (sauce, cooking method, amount of fat), the more complex the wine (Syrah, cabernet sauvignon). Less com-plex dishes, hence equally less complex wines: Malbec, Carménère. Lastly, light dishes go perfectly well with merlot, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc.

WHEN AND WHERE TO BUY IT? It is very important to verify the quality of the beverages. It’s rec-ommended to buy the liquor one or two months in advance, but if this is not possible due to budget issues, best to do estimates by knowing the prices previously in order to have a clear notion of the expenses.

IN FASHION: COCKTAIL BAR A very popular option in weddings nowadays is having a cocktail bar. Platos menos complejos, por ende, van de la mano con vi-nos igualmente menos complejos: malbec, Carménère. Por último, platos ligeros combinan perfectamente con merlot, chardonnay y sauvignon blanc.

¿CUÁNDO Y EN DÓNDE COMPRARLO?Es muy importante verificar la calidad de las bebidas. Tanto las botellas como las cajas. Ahora, casi siempre se recomienda com-prar el licor entre 1 y 2 meses antes de la celebración, pero si por cuestiones de presupuesto esto no es posible, lo ideal es hacer coti-zaciones con anterioridad con el fin de tener clara la cantidad de dinero que se necesita.

LO NUEVO: BARRA DE COCTELESUna de las opciones más novedosas es la barra de cocteles. No es una opción muy económica, pues se requiere, aparte del licor (whisky, vodka, ron, champaña), los mezcladores (cointreau, tri-ple-sec, jugos especiales, aceitunas, etc.), pero es novedoso y puede ser lo preferente si los gustos de los invitados son variados. Un bar surtido pero no excesivo es clave, y el hecho de que haya muchas y diversas opciones no implica un mayor gasto, pues, de todas man-eras el consumo de los invitados generalmente es el mismo.

Los platillos degustados fueron desde una Tártara de atún del pacifico, Filete de Mero con ra-lladura de Naranja y perlas de fram-buesa, Trio de Carnes de Corral, hasta Un Mixiote de Corazón de Rib Eye del estado de Nuevo Leon, para cerrar la tarde con un crocante de coco relleno de sorbete de Mara-cuyá, por supuesto acompañados de los excelentes vinos de la casa Du-rand Viticultura Marella de estilo blanco y fácil de beber, Coco Rosé con su ex-celente frescura, Ala Rota de carác-ter franco y bien definido, Planeta entre los vinos bases para desarrollo de la bodega y por supuesto la es-trella de la casa, Ícaro, el gran Vino Tinto de características fuertes y místicas fueron los seleccionados para el menú que engalanó la tarde de camaradería y buen gusto.Acompañaron en el recorrido gas-tronómico a nuestro invitado, ejecu-tivos de los hoteles Krystal Cancun y Krystal Grand Punta Cancun


Last April we had a nice visit in our restaurant’s spe-cialties of Mexican Food Hacienda El Mortero, an icon of Oenology in our country. Chilean origin but heart already Mexican, with more than 15 years working and developing different products in wineries in Mexico such as: Domecq, Sinergi and Durand vi-ticulture, Mr. José Luis Durand, who accompanied us during the afternoon to share the table and enjoy a 5 course menu with food prepared in the kitchen of the restaurant, and were combined with wine pairing of the House Durand viticulture which Mr. Durand’s proprietary The Executive Chef at Krystal Cancun Ivan Loera, the Chef of the restaurant Hacienda el Mortero, Renan Sandoval, and our Sommelier Miguel Montes from Krystal Grand Pun-ta Cancun were responsible for preparing the food - pairing which was the main theme of the visit of this important wine-maker in our country During the tasting Mr. Durand was encouraging us with a captivating and extensive explanation of the path that represents the wine in our lives and the way in which is mixed with our tastes, pleasures, stages and elections to decide what to be.Tasted dishes were arriving from a Tartar of tuna in the Pacific, fillet of grouper with zest of Orange and pearls of raspberry, Trio of meat poultry, until a Mixiote of heart of Rib Eye of the State of Nuevo Leon To close the evening with a crispy coconut sorbet pas-sion fruit filling; of course accompanied by the excellent wines of the House Durand viticulture

Marella’s style white and easy to drink, Coco Rosé with its excellent freshness, Frank and well defined character rattan wing, planet among the basis for development of the winery wines and of course the Star House, Icarus, the great red wine of strong and mystical characteristics were selected for the menu that graced the evening of camaraderie and good taste. Accompanied on the gastronomic tour to our guest, executi-ves of the Krystal Cancun and Krystal Grand Punta Cancun hotels
