Multi-million-ounce Goldrush
As of:• 2008 ~ 2.2 million oz• 2009 ~ minimal drilling • 2011 ~ 7.1 million oz• 2013 ~ 14.1 million oz• 2014 ~ 20+ million oz• 2016 ~ 10 million oz @ 10 g/ti• 2021 ~ prod @ ~ 450,000 oz/yr.
From discovery to a ‘Tier 1’ asset in four years.
i Goldrush strategically recategorized as underground resource2.
The Goldrush is a discontinuous anticlinal ‘ribbon like structure’ of highly fractured favourable Wenban5 horizon averaging 10 grams/ton gold with the axial crest (dome) of the anticline varying from 150 – 450 meters in width and 50 to 75 meters in thickness over the 5 kilometer
strike length….

…with the high-grade occurring at:• the intersection of northeast trending high-angle faults and west
dipping low-angle thrust faults (the fracturing),• when these intersections occur within the favourable Dw5 stratigraphic
horizon,• Dw5’s elevated iron content enhances the precipitation of gold as
several pulses of gold-bearing hydrothermal fluids pass through it,• and the rift anticline crest acts as a constraint.
The most favourable stratigraphy is Dw5 (Wenban5)

2020 programs
January to March 2020:
• 2019 assay, core log, COLOG acoustic tele-viewer, and CSAMT data incorporated into geologic model to refine targeting.
• Complete additional CSAMT program (to cover entire strike length of projected anticline).• Continue surface, raptor, cultural, etc., surveys for expansion of Plan of Operations to 8,500-acres
with initial 100 acres authorized disturbance allowing complete drill testing of Rift Anticline.
April 2020:
• Incorporate new CSAMT data into geologic model; follow-up mapping and sampling as required to confirm modelled geology.
• Finalize decision for summer 2020 follow up drilling on the flanks of Rift Anticline.
May to August 2020:.
• Complete $400K surface survey and permitting program for new Plan of Operations • Finalize Rift Anticline drill-test program plans.
September 2019 to 2020:
• Anticipated receipt of authorization for expanded Plan of Operations by end Q3:• Deliver Rift Anticline drill plan to Bureau of Land Management for approval.
October 2020:
• Commence comprehensive Rift Anticline drilling program (12 – 15 holes).

Endnotes & DisclaimersEndnotes:
1. The structural, stratigraphic and geochemical similarity and proximity of Goldrush to the Rift Anticline is not necessary indicative of the gold mineralization at RiftAnticline. To date, there are no known NI 43-101 compliant mineral resources or reserves on NuLegacy’s Red Hill property.
2. Barrick reports Goldrush resource contains 8.557 M indicated ozs of gold within 25.78 M tonnes grading ~10.57 g/t and 1. 65 M inferred ozs within 5.6 M tonnes grading~9.0 g/t.; 2(a) As per Barrick Gold’s 2017 MD&A; 2(b) As per Barrick Gold’s Feb 15, 2017 news release.
3. The reported intercepts are not necessarily true widths as there is insufficient data currently with respect to the shape of the mineralization to calculate its trueorientation. All sampling was conducted under the supervision of the Company’s project geologists and the chain of custody from the project to the sample preparationfacility were continuously monitored. The samples were delivered to American Assay Lab or ALS laboratories’ preparation facility in Nevada and sufficient commerciallyprepared standards, blanks or certified reference materials were inserted to assure quality analytical results. The samples were crushed, pulverized and sample pulpswere analyzed using industry standard fire assay methods. Data verification of the analytical results included a statistical analysis of the standards, blanks and referencematerials that must pass certain parameters for acceptance to ensure accurate and verifiable results.
