The wall between art and engineering is only in our minds. Theo Jansen

Established in 1998, we were eager to see what we could accomplish with the inspiring technologies of the changing world. Since our very first project, we have taken each and every of our steps by listening to our customers and taking care of their habits and needs. From the first day, we have been moving forward together with Bosch Rexroth, one of the leading technology companies of the world, while trying to make our sub-brand HKSM a leader in its segment. This is why engineering is more than just an occupation for us; it is one of the most creative ways to make our customers dreams come true.

In order to achieve this goal, we focus on 3 areas in our service and production processes: Hydraulics, Electro-mechanics and Robotics, Mechanics and Automation. Thanks to their mutually complementary services in Engineering and Turnkey projects, each of them being experts in their own fields, our departments meet all of your expectations from one end to the other. This is

why engineering is not only solving the existing problem for us; it also ensures the way that all systems work smoothly and in compliance with each other.

Designing the technology and evolving it into reality is also a significant part of our job. We leave our mark in each of our projects with innovative products -such as collaborative robot, servo hydraulic cylinder, parallel robot, delta robot- that we develop by carrying on collaborative works with universities and scientific institutions. This is why engineering for us does not mean using today’s products only, it means designing the future.

And probably our biggest responsibility is to respect the limited resources of the world, while developing the most innovative technologies. This is our duty towards both our customers and our children... For this reason, in each step we comply with the most up-to-date environmental standards and we consider the environmental impacts during the period from the first stage to the minute we present it to you. This is why engineering for us is to make the world a better place above all.

این رشکت در سل 1998 میالدی )1377 هجری شمسی( تاسیس شده و ما بی صربانه در

انتظار مشاهده نتایج موفقیت آمیز کار خود با استفاده از تکنولوژی های الهام بخش

جهان در حال تغییر بودیم. از اولین پروژه یکایک گام های خود را با مدنظر قراردادن

درخواست های مشرتیان و توجه به عادات و احتیاجات آنان برداشته ایم. از اولین روز

همراه با رشکت بوش رکرسوت یکی از رشکت های پیرشو در زمینه تکنولوژی در جهان

به جلو حرکت منوده و در عین حال سعی داشتیم مارک جانبی خود اچ کی اس ام را

به یکی از مارک های پیرشو در بخش خود تبدیل مناییم. دقیقا به همین دلیل است که

مهندسی برای ما چیزی بیش از فقط یک حرفه است، مهندسی یکی از خالقانه ترین راه

ها برای تحقق بخشیدن به رویاهای مشرتیان ما است

این رشکت جهت دستیابی به هدف مذکور، در جریان های خدماتی و تولیدی تالش

خود را در سه زمینه متمرکز منوده است: هیدرولیک، الکرتومکانیک و روباتیک، مکانیک

و اتوماسیون. بخش های مختلف این رشکت با بهره گیری از خدمات متقابل که مکمل

یکدیگر در زمینه های مهندسی و پروژه های کلید در دست بوده و هریک در زمینه

فعالیت خود متخصص می باشند، کلیه انتظارات ما را از متامی جهات برآورده می سازند

دقیقا به همین دلیل است که مهندسی از دید ما فقط حل کننده مشکالت موجود

نیست، بلکه تامین کننده رشایطی است که در آن کلیه سیستم ها به آرامی و با تناسب

با یکدیگر قادر به کار می باشند

طراحی تکنولوژی و انطباق آن با واقعیت همچنین تشکیل دهنده یکی از قسمت

های عمده و حائز اهمیت در فعالیت های ما است. این رشکت مارک خود را بر روی

هریک از پروژه های همراه با محصوالت خالقانه – نظیر روبات مشرتک، سیلندر رسوو

هیدرولیک، روبات موازی، روبات دلتا – که از طریق همکاری مشرتک با دانشگاه ها

و موسسات علمی ایجاد گردیده قرار می دهد. دقیقا به همین علت است که معنی

تکنولوژی برای ما فقط استفاده از محصوالت موجود نیست، بلکه به معنی طراحی آینده

نیز می باشد

و بزرگرتین مسئولیت ما احتامال توجه به منابع محدود جهان به موازات ایجاد و تولید

خالقانه ترین تکنولوژی ها است. این امر، وظیفه ما هم در مقابل مشرتیان و هم در

مقابل فرزندان ما است ... به همین دلیل، این رشکت در یکایک گام های خود همواره

آخرین استانداردهای زیست محیطی را مدنظر قرارداده و در طول دوره از اولین مرحله

تا زمان تحویل به شام همواره تاثیرات زیست محیطی را مدنظر قرار می دهیم

FOUNDATION

Hidropar Kocaeli Ltd. Şti. was established with a team of 3 people under the leadership of Tunç ATIL.

LARGE PROJECTS

Took an active role in large iron and steel investments mainly in Erdemir A.Ş.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS MANUFACTURING

Started the in-house manufacturing of hydraulic systems.

BOSCH REXROTH

In her 10th anniversary HKTM became the company in Turkey, that uses Bosch Rexroth products at the most and is still the leader

INDUSTRIAL ROBOT

First industrial Robot project was completed.

GREEN BUILDING

Moved to its new green building with 6000m2 area equipped with new technologies.

As a daughter company HKSM is founded to provide piping, assembly and predictive maintenance services in the fields of mechanics, electric and automation to all industrial companies mainly on heavy industry.

Delta Robot In-Mold Transfer

System

In 2011 with the support of Tübitak we built the first Delta Robot in Turkey, a robot based on rod kinematics. “Rexroth IndraMotion for Packaging” control platform is directly connected with camera on robot and directly controls the robot’s axes.

Bolparsan A.Ş. has electrical drive and control, pneumatic, linear motion and assembly technologies together in the project applied to a 650 tons mechanical press. Motion control system is used as automation control in the system that operates as 7 axis.

Paralel Robot Wire Welding Machine

We built 2 axis Paralel Robot with a load capacity of up to 30 kgs based on rod kinematics to offer more economical solutions than their cartesian alternatives. To use domestic manufacturing opportunities is another advantage compared to conventional linear systems.

Medium frequency technology was adapted for wire welding machine for the first time in Turkey in Arçelik Pişirici Cihazlar A.Ş.

Annual production capacity was increased to 1,600,000 and significant increase in resource quality was achieved.

We offer new products and projects by integrating new technology into changing market demands. This process is carried out with joint studies in coordination with science institutions and universities.
