論壇背景及主题 BackgroundandAims

為促進海峽兩岸四地對固體廢物管理的交流與合作，香港廢物管理學會、中國城市環境衛生協會、中華環境工

程學會及澳門工程師學會,  自 2007 年起每年輪流主辦「海峽兩岸四地固體廢物管理論壇」。  今屆論壇由香港廢

物管理學會主辦，旨提供一個平臺予決策者，政府官員，學者，顧問，工程師及其他專業人士聚首一堂，就廢

物管理的最新政策、最佳實務意念，及創新廢物回收技術等課題相互交流和分享經驗，以促進海峽兩岸四地更

緊密的合作，共同發展成為可持續發展的世界級城市。 

In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of solid waste management in the Two Coasts 

and  Four  Places,  Hong  Kong  Waste  Management  Association,  China  Association  of  Urban 

Environmental Sanitation, Chinese  Institute of Environmental Engineering and Macau  Institution of 

Engineers  have  co-organized  the  “Two  Coasts  Four  Places  Forum  on  Sustainable  Solid  Waste 

Management”  annually  since  2007.    The  forum  in  2017  will  be  hosted  by  the  Hong  Kong  Waste 

Management Association.    It aims to provide a platform for the policy makers, government officials, 

academics, consultants, engineers and other professionals from the Cross Strait Two Coasts and Four 

Places to exchange the most recent views on policies and best practices for waste management as 

well as application of innovative waste recycling technologies to achieve sustainable development in 

world class cities.
