Morale is the worst in the country. Nobody wants these jobs. Management hates us. These jobs used to be good. We are constantly being assaulted. We are being worked to death. agreements…….. And the Discipline Progression was “difficult”….Verbal, Written, 1,3,5,7,10,15,30 day suspensions followed by termination “warning letter” and a “we aren’t kidding, we are about to fire you” warning letter, then termination followed by appeals.
