The problem with the ma-chine gun car-rying Brewer is

that he has always been a government employee. Even today, with his early retirement, he is on the government dole. He has never made a plug nickel on his own. The government has been his provider. Government is full with these type of communists. We don’t need another big spending government politician as a legislator.

His main issue is legislating a bill to re-peal Nebraska’s law against the death penalty. Nebraska has bigger Judicial problems than housing a dozen violent criminals, when its jails are full of vic-timless criminals. Never being in busi-ness and always a government em-ployee, Brewer has and will have little conception of government economics. Sound economics would suggest elim-inating the prisons housing victimless criminals, such as pot smokers.

Nebraska’s biggest problem is its pres-ent property tax laws. The tax rates are programed from Lincoln. The local county assessors are mere puppets.

Being a life-long government employ-ee, one has never heard Machine Gun Brewer dive into this major govern-ment property tax dilemma.

Brewer brags about the Purple Heart on the plate of his brand new red pick-

up, paid for by the government. Call it a yellow heart. He had no business being 10,000 miles away trying to kill camel jockeys for Israel. These camel jockeys are no more a threat to the North American continent than a man on the moon. If he got bushwacked, it serves him right for trespassing in for-eign lands.

I’ll put my Confederate heart, where my mouth is. I’ll challenge Brewer to an octagon UFC fi st match. Let’s put up a $1,000 a piece, and I’ll set the ring up, winner take all. Brewer should jump at this opportunity to earn his fi rst nickel. Let’s fi nd out if Brewer’s heart is purple or yellow. This is the way men settled issues in the West when they were still men.

I am seventy years old, and Brewer is fi fteen years younger than me. I don’t think I could do that much damage.

MARKET REPORT

I decided to pass Crawford this week, and write the above article on Thurs-day. I go to Belle Fourche on Friday and St. Onge on Saturday, and I don’t usually have time to write an article by press time at noon on Sunday. I did buy three loads at Crawford last week, but I don’t feel comfortable supporting all of the veteran fl ag waiving. Craw-ford’s veteran fl ag waiving is my main reason not to spend my cattle money at that sale.

NOT GUILTY

MACHINE GUN BREWER IS A COWARD

I can count on cheaper cows which puts profi t on the balance sheet. I also like to charge the two Jew packers at Crawford a couple extra dollars on all the weigh-up cows and bulls. I will bet the two Jew packers, this week, conspired to steal the weigh-ups at Crawford.

I did watch over 5,000 weigh-ups at Belle Fourche and St. Onge, and was involved in the bidding on a majority of the cows and bulls. These barns expect the same amount of weigh-ups this week. There was 1,000 weigh-ups at Philip October 26th. The Philip cow market dropped from $69 for good feeding cows to $61 this Tuesday. I did pull a load of thin cows out of Philip that cost $48.84, and a load of 1,500 .lbs.

Rudy “Butch” Stanko

Just days ago, I reported on the federal trial of the “Malheur 7” (Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Shawna Cox, Jeff Banta, David Fry, Neil Wampler and Ken Meden-bach,) in Portland, Oregon.* I was privi-leged to have a front-row seat at the trial as a volunteer paralegal and legal researcher for Ryan Bundy, who represented himself throughout the proceedings.

Almost everyone who followed the “Or-egon Bundy case” predicted convictions all around. A dozen co-defendants pled guilty before the trial began. Virtually ev-ery attorney I spoke with expressed the sentiment that defending the accused was a lost cause. Coverage of the case in Oregon’s largest circulating newspapers presented the case wholly from a

“...Tremendous victory for

agency.”

The U.S. government continued to show their aggression when the ver-dict was announced that all seven defendants in the Bundy Refuge were not guilty. Ammon Bundy was told he was free to go but the U.S. Marshals could have something to say about it. Attorney Marcus Mumford told the media later outside “So I said, ‘If the Marshals have something to say about it, let’s see what orders they have. Let’s see what papers they have that give them authority to take him into custody again. Otherwise, Mr. Bundy is a free man.’ At that point a group of six or eight U.S. Marshals surrounded Mum-ford at the defense table. The judge directed them to move back and they did not comply. Mumford turned to them and said, “Guys, show me what papers you have and the next thing I know they surrounded me, they took ahold of me and were saying how I was resisting arrest. They twisted my legs, put me on the ground and tased me. I was already on the ground and heard them talking about tasing me.” Observers heard the attorney asking for help and yelling in pain. Mumford tried to lighten the moment by saying that he grew up on a dairy farm, so he was used to some rough treatment. Taken into custody, cited with disor-derly conduct and failure to comply, he was not released until 6:30 pm. He has a hearing date in January.

Reporters inside the court say it was the most chaotic scene they’ve ever witnessed in a court room. A table was

flipped over, laptop computers and pa-pers went flying. The judge shouted “Everyone out of the courtroom now!”

Canada Free Press pointed out the dis-crepancy between what eyewitnesses observed, Mumford reported and what the “Jew” York Times reported: “In a sign of tension that ran through the trial, Ammon Bundy’s lawyer, Mar-cus R. Mumford, frustrated that the Bundys were not being released, was restrained by four United States mar-shals after an outburst.”

Mumford’s colleague, Morgan Philpot expressed the attack was “Very sym-bolic of the inappropriate escalation of force by the federal government. It is sad that has to occur. I wish they would have understood from that ver-dict that was inappropriate.” Philpot explained that Mumford’s argument was legitimate before the judge. “If she wanted to hold him in contempt, she had the right to do so. She did not.”, noting she actually ordered the marshals to step back. Mumford’s ar-gument was based on their detention hearing request where Ammon’s coun-sel asked them to consolidate Nevada and Oregon’s detention. “Ironically for today the court said they don’t have the authority to do it. Then how do you have the authority to detain him for Nevada if you don’t have the au-thority to consolidate the hearings about Nevada and Oregon relative to detention? Our argument is that it is illegal! That’s the discussion he was trying to have. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. If the judge is going to say ‘we don’t have the authority to consolidate and release’, how can they say we have the authority to hold for them (Nevada). It’s a legal distinction which he should have been allowed to have a conversation about with the judge without any expectation that the

Marshals would assault him and tase him for doing it.”

Defendant David Fry was also “roughed up” in the courtroom before he was taken to the jail to be processed for release. He made it out to waiting sup-porters about 7:30 pm. Lisa Bundy attributed this ugliness to being “sore losers”.

The $100 Million Not Guilty Verdict made headlines around the world. Media in Japan, Australia, the UK and Russia carried the story.

It was not a straight path for the jury to reach this verdict. On Tuesday they sent a question to the judge asking if they found three defendants not guilty, did they need to find the rest not guilty? This did not bode well.

However, on Wednesday morning, Ju-ror 4 sent a note to the jury foreman asking “Can a juror, a former em-ployee of the Bureau of Land Man-agement who opens their remarks by stating ‘I AM VERY BIASED …’ be

considered an impartial judge in the case?”

Philpot and Mumford filed a Motion to Dismiss Juror for Bias or, In the Alter-native, For Mistrial. Hard pressed, Anna J. Brown, US trial judge, after some wrangling eventually removed Juror 11, replacing him with an alternate ju-ror. She instructed the jurors to begin deliberations again. The jurors report-edly looked angry. Everyone sat back and were surprised when after a mere 5 hours of deliberating the jury came back with the unanimous verdict on the conspiracy and firearms charges. They were still undecided about the theft charge against Ryan Bundy in regard the removal of the surveillance camera.

Co-defendant Neil Wampler told the media that the verdict “was a tremen-dous victory for Rural America and a disastrous, humiliating defeat for a corrupt and predatory federal agency.Asked what he planned to do that night after the verdict was given, Wampler laughing, said “Since I don’t drink any-more, I’m really in a quandry.”

Bundy Refuge Trial Final Week

prosecution perspective. My inbox contains more than one email urging me to abandon my efforts to help the defense.

As I sat at the table between Ryan and the Ammon Bundy team throughout the six-week trial I was able to discern that evidence at the trial was diverging sharply from the prevailing narrative outside the courthouse. The defen-dants were accused of conspiring to prevent employees of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and Bureau of Land Management from performing their duties at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in rural eastern Oregon. Yet federal prosecutors failed to produce a single piece of evidence of any specific threat aimed at a USFWS or BLM em-ployee.

The U.S. Justice Department alleged in Count 1 that the seven defendants (and many others) had engaged in an “armed standoff” at the federal wildlife refuge with the intent of scaring away the various government employees who normally work there. Every defen-dant was utterly innocent of the allega-tion. Some were not even aware that federal employees normally worked there. Several defendants were also charged with firearm possession in federal facilities with the intent to com-mit a federal felony (the conspiracy al-leged in Count 1). And two defendants, Ryan Bundy and Ken Medenbach, were accused of stealing federal property valued at over a thousand dollars.

In fact, Ammon Bundy and the other defendants took a monumental (and quite daring) stand for the plain text of the Constitution when they occupied the Malheur Refuge in January of this year. They pointed to Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution which seems to plainly forbid the fed-eral government from owning land in-side the states unless the states agree

to sell such real estate to the federal government.

Needless to say, the present reality in the American west is in sharp contrast to this piece of constitutional text. The feds claim to own and control millions of acres of land in western states—most of which (such as the Malheur Refuge area) was never purchased from state legislatures or anyone else.

The most frightening revelations from the Malheur 7 trial involved the lengths which the U.S. government went to in its prosecution. During the Bundy oc-cupation, the FBI literally took over the tiny nearby town of Burns, Oregon and transformed it into an Orwellian dys-topia. There were license plate scan-ners mounted on utility poles, drones throughout the skies, and military transport vehicles speeding across the countryside. FBI agents captured and monitored every phone number con-nected between every accused occupi-er. Federal and state police appeared in such numbers that their total numbers will probably never be fully tallied.

The occupation was met with a bonanza of government spending by agencies at every level. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife and BLM employees who were sup-posedly too frightened to go to work were put up in luxury hotels, along with their families. (In the aftermath of the occupation, the feds have spent further millions to “rebuild” the Refuge, sup-posedly because the occupiers tainted it; prosecutors were openly planning on asserting the inflated “bill for dam-ages” at sentencing in the event the defendants were convicted.)

Most startling of all were the under-cover government informants that were revealed in the trial. After weeks of wrangling and arguing with defense lawyers, the Justice Department finally stipulated that at least nine undercover informants were planted among the Refuge occupiers. Thus, informants outnumbered the defendants on trial.

One informant was even a “bodyguard” for Ammon Bundy and drove him to his arrest. Another informant admitted he trained occupiers in shooting and com-bat skills.

After a week of deliberating over the evidence, the jury came back with its verdict yesterday afternoon, acquit-ting every defendant. (Jurors said they were divided regarding an accusation that Ryan Bundy aided and abetted the theft of government property when he and others climbed utility poles and took down two of the government’s surveillance cameras.)

There are reports that the U.S. Jus-tice Department spent $100 million on the case. But twelve Americans saw through the government’s cloud of dis-information and dealt a mighty blow for liberty.

Roger Roots, J.D., Ph.D. is attorney, sociologist, and a member of the advisory board of the Fully Informed Jury Association. He is author of The Conviction Factory: The Collapse of America’s Criminal Courts.

It has been a profound experience to represent Ammon Bundy. It was a priv-ilege to tackle this monumental case with Marcus Mumford and Claud R. Franklin.

The government was clearly stunned at their defeat. Yesterday, contrary to the claims of self-promoting politi-cians, an Oregon jury stood unani-mously with Ammon & Ryan, David Frye, Shawna Cox, Jeff Banta, Neal Wampler and Ken Medenbach.

After this incredible victory, in sadly ironic fashion, the US government as-saulted my partner, Marcus Mumford in the courtroom for rightfully arguing that the Oregon Court’s previous deci-sions left them with no choice but to release Ammon Bundy. For this pas-sionate argument the US Marshals, against the command of the Judge, forcefully seized and then tazed Mar-cus. It was shameful and symptomatic of a serious problem. Our executive branch has become an overly violent and chronic abuser of the people and the Constitution.

This case needed to be won to send a message to the Federal government. A federal government that has, in the name of anti-terrorism, attempted to militarize itself against the American people and the Constitution. The only force, threat and violence that arose in Harney County Oregon came from the militarization and violent response of the executive branch of the US govt.

Yesterday, the Constitution of the Unit-ed States won a much needed victory.

tion, and utterly destructive of those great principles of liberty and human-ity for which our ancestors, on both sides of the Atlantic, have shed so much blood and expended so much treasure.”

This evil that resides via the 14th Amendment cannot actually be re-pealed as it was never lawfully ratified; and exists based on its usage. With it, the Communist Takeover occurred as America was lulled to sleep by the Land of the Free, Home of the Brave propa-ganda.

Andrew C. McLaughlin, whose “Consti-tutional History of the United States”, writen in 1935 is a standard work, writes: This is the tragic history of the so-called “Fourteenth Amendment”---a record that is a disgrace to free government and a “government of law.”Isn’t the use of military force to override local government what we de-plored in Hungary [and every Banana Republic and Dictatorship]? It is never too late to correct an injustice...the “Fourteenth Amendment” should be considered null and void. There is only one supreme tribunal---it is the people themselves. Their sovereign will is expressed through the proce-dures set forth in the Constitution itself. The mistaken belief that this is a valid article in the Constitution known as the “Fourteenth Amendment” is respon-sible for the non-stop degradation of freedom and culture in America.

We must re-educate ourselves and re-patriate to our true nation states which will free us from Communist control and gain back our States’ sovereignty and rights.

What’s worse than being fooled? Hav-ing to admit we’ve been fooled.

The Communists understand what makes people tick- that’s why they’ve been so successful at programming their DISINFO into our American cul-ture. How the so called Patriot Move-ment can complain so heartily about government tyranny on one hand and on the other, worship and extol the same tyrannical government’s muscle- the US military and police, is an obvi-ous case of Cognitive Dissonance.

Leon Festinger, social psychologist and Brooklyn born son of Russian Jews created the term.

This is one reason why it’s so difficult to convince people of truth in general and the fraud of The Fourteenth Amend-ment. When confronted with informa-tion that goes against our program-ming, Cognitive Dissonance kicks in.

One Nation Under FraudPart 6- Cognitive Dissonance

In psychology, cognitive dis-sonance is the mental stress or discomfort experienced by an individual who holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values at the same time...or is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas or val-ues.

Leon Festinger’s theory of cog-nitive dissonance focuses on how humans strive for inter-nal consistency. An individual who experiences inconsistency tends to become psychologi-cally uncomfortable, and is motivated to try to reduce this dissonance, as well as actively avoid situations and informa-tion likely to increase it. - Wikipedia

To alleviate mental discomfort, mental gymnastics over ride the new informa-tion. It takes intellectual courage to be able to accept information that goes against the deceitful programming of the Marxist agenda.

Another even more insidious thought process may take people even further from the truth. In gambling parlance, people “doubled down” rather than ad-mit they’ve been fooled.

“Festinger and his collaborators, Henry Riecken and Stanley Schachter, exam-ined conditions under which discon-firmation of beliefs leads to increased conviction in such beliefs in the 1956 book When Prophecy Fails. The group studied a small apocalyptic cult led by Dorothy Martin (under the pseud-onym Marian Keech in the book), a suburban housewife. Martin claimed to have received messages from “the Guardians,” a group of superior beings from another planet. The messages purportedly said that a flood would de-stroy the world on December 21, 1954. The three psychologists and several more assistants joined the group. The team observed the group firsthand for months before and after the predicted apocalypse. Many of the group mem-bers quit their jobs and disposed of their possessions in preparation for the apocalypse. When doomsday came and went, Martin claimed that the world had been spared because of the “force of Good and Light” that the group members had spread through-out the world. Rather than abandon-ing their discredited beliefs, group members adhered to them even more strongly and began proselytizing with fervor.” -Wikipedia

To those that have followed along with this One Nation Under Fraud series, “Bravo!”. It shows intellectual cour-age. We have resisted the inner drive to discount new evidence.

The fields of psychology and psychia-try are dominated by Jews. The Jews know the goyim better than the goyim know themselves. As Jew Edward Bernays admitted, “Propaganda is executive arm of the invisible govern-ment.” Bernays, nephew of Sigmund Freud, became the “Father of Public Relations”. Noam Chomsky writing on Bernays: “obviously, you have to control what people think. There had been public relation specialists but there was never a public relations in-dustry. There was a guy hired to make Rockefeller’s image look prettier and that sort of thing. But this huge pub-lic relations industry, which is a U.S. invention and a monstrous industry, came out of the first World War. The leading figures were people in the Creel Commission [Woodrow Wilson’s Public Information committee to get Americans to support World War I]. In fact, the main one, Edward Bernays, comes right out of the Creel Commis-sion. He has a book that came out right afterwards called Propaganda...The propaganda system of the first World War and this commission that he was part of showed, he says, it is possible to ‘regiment the public mind every bit as much as an army regi-ments their bodies.’ These new tech-niques of regimentation of minds, he said, had to be used by the intelligent minorities [Jews] in order to make sure that the slobs stay on the right course. We can do it now because we have these new techniques.”

Back to the era of the War Between the States, President Andrew Johnson publicly denounced this The Fourteenth Amendment as unconstitutional. But it was forced over his veto.

In challenging its constitutional-ity, President Johnson said in his veto message: “I submit to Congress whether this measure is not in its whole character, scope and object without precedent and without au-thority, in palpable conflict with the plainest provisions of the Constitu-

dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they de-serve to know....

“For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expand-ing its sphere of influence--on infil-tration instead of invasion, on subver-sion instead of elec-tions, on intimida-tion instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast hu-man and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that com-bines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political op-erations....

“Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is ques-tioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed....

“No President should fear public scru-tinity of his program. For from that scrutiny comes understanding; and from that understanding comes sup-port or opposition. And both are nec-essary. I am not asking your newspa-pers to support the Administration, but I am asking your help in the tremen-dous task of informing and alerting the American people. For I have complete confidence in the response and dedica-

tion of our citizens whenever they are fully informed.

I not only could not stifle controversy among your readers-- I welcome it. This Administration intends to be can-did about its errors; for as a wise man once said: “An error does not become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.” We intend to accept full responsibility for our errors; and we expect you to point them out when we miss them.

Without debate, without criticism, no Administration and no country can succeed-- and no republic can survive. That is why the Athenian lawmaker So-lon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy. And that is why our press was protected by the First (emphasized) Amendment-- the only business in America specifically protected by the Constitution-- not pri-marily to amuse and entertain, not to

emphasize the trivial and sentimental, not to simply “give the public what it wants”--but to inform, to arouse, to re-flect, to state our dangers and our op-portunities, to indicate our crises and our choices, to lead, mold educate and sometimes even anger public opinion.

“This means greater coverage and analysis of international news-- for it is no longer far away and foreign but close at hand and local. It means great-er attention to improved understanding of the news as well as improved trans-mission. And it means, finally, that government at all levels, must meet its obligation to provide you with the fullest possible information outside the narrowest limits of national security...

“And so it is to the printing press--to the recorder of mans deeds, the keeper of his conscience, the courier of his news-- that we look for strength and assistance, confident that with your help man will be what he was born to be: free and independent.”

This is a portion of the speech that President John F. Kennedy gave at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel on April 27, 1961. “The President and the Press” before the American Newspaper Pub-lishers Association.

ANOTHER CRAZY CONSPIRACY THEORIST?“The very word “secrecy” is repug-nant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and his-torically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted conceal-ment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in op-posing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our tradi-tions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle
