Pavol Varga is currently Managing Director of DellEMC North East Europe Region, spanning 10 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. He joined Dell in 2003 and worked through a variety of positions in Sales management before rotating into Human resources where he held the position of HR Director of Dell European Business Center. Prior to Dell Pavol worked for IBM Ireland in a technical and sales capacity. His first job was a business news editor at news agency start up SITA in Bratislava, Slovakia.Pavol holds MBA from INSEAD and Master’s Degree from University of Economics, Bratislava.

Ola Reppling once had a real job in manufacturing, but have spent most of his career as a consultant helping global manufacturing companies optimize their value chain. As a Business Developer at Microsoft, he continues to support global manufacturing companies in their effort to become more competitive through digital transformation. The difference is that now he works for the company that provides the platform and tools that enables full digital transformation.Ola has an M.Sc. in IT and an M.Sc. in Business and before joining Microsoft he was with Telia, PwC, Capacent, Atlas Copco and McKinsey & Co.

Chris Hauca, Managing Director – Europe at FPX, has worked in the enterprise eCommerce space for more than 15 years. In his role at FPX, Mr. Hauca leverages his years of industry expertise to help the company grow its European operations and expand into new markets. He is based in FPX’s European headquarters located in Munich, Germany.

Rikke has an International career within IT and Telecoms spanning over 30 years with both large and small companies (Microsoft, Vodafone, Cable and Wireless , IBM and Borland) where she has had senior jobs in Strategic leadership, People management, Sales, Services and Marketing . Rikke also started her own company Bastyan to spearhead what today is IOT and Animal Tracking (passports) where she gained funding from the UK Government.Throughout her career Rikke has been appointed to start up new Business Lines or Companies and to lead change programmes frequently involving complex integration necessitating vision, determination and leadership. Notable examples include the merger of the IBM, Lotus and Tivoli Partner organisations in 1998, and the merger of Borland and Aston Tate in 1991. A business leader with a strong sales and marketing bias and natural leadership qualities, Rikke has proven first-hand experience of manufacturer and channel businesses, and both new and young technology companies. Rikke has been asked to sit on the board of a number of nascent technology companies to provide advice and guidance in developing their businesses and to assist in preparing them for international markets.

Stephen Harris is a Senior Vice President of the Marine Practice within Marsh Ltd, (world’s largest insurance brokers) and has been working in the marine insurance market for over 43 years. For 20 years, Stephen was a marine hull and liability underwriter in Lloyds of London, where he worked for two leading marine syndicates and also within the London company insurance market, working for 7 years, underwriting for the Allianz Group of companies. Moving to Sedgwick 1994 (that was taken over by Marsh in 1999), Stephen has continued to manage client risks and provide training for the insurance market around the world. Lecturing globally on maritime and marine insurance subjects for many years, Stephen is a regular lecturer for the Singapore College of Insurance, has provided training courses for the Chartered Insurance Institute and is an established speaker in managing risk in the maritime world, presenting a paper to The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) at the Royal Institution in London in 2015.

Sebastian is a digital strategist at Bosch Software Innovations supporting customers on their digital transformation journey. Before, he was Managing Director for the project office Vietnam of IVU Traffic Technologies and was responsible for a large scale digitization project at Vietnam Railways. As Head of M2M Solutions at Fraunhofer, he gained deep insights into data and platform business models across different verticals. Sebastian has a research and consulting background in telecommunications / NGN / M2M / IoT and as technical expert for the European Commission. He holds a PhD from the Technical University of Berlin.
ŠARŪNAS ŠUIPIS Managing Director/VP, Operations Western Union
Šarūnas Šuipis is the Vice President of Operations and a Managing Director for Western Union‘s European Regional Operations Center in Vilnius, Lithuania since 2016. As the Site Leader, he is responsible for overall site governance, strategy, growth and operations. Also, being actively involved in business transformation, employee engagement and social responsibility ventures. Under his leadership, Western Union Lithuania has become the 3rd most reputable company in Lithuania, entered the TOP 3 for the most desirable employer and led site growth to 1900+ employees.Šarūnas Šuipis joined Western Union in 2010 and held the positions of Director for Settlement Operations & Accounts Payable as well as Director, Operations where he was responsible for EMEA/APAC, USA & CIS regions. Prior WU, Šarūnas worked at Deloitte for five years. Šarūnas Šuipis holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Mathematics of Finance and Insurance, Master‘s degree in Mathematics from Vilnius University and speaks three languages.

Confirmation: Halcyon Group will confirm your participation after receiving signed registration form. The delegate will receive the invoice within 48hrs of sending the signed form via email. The hotel details will be sent to the delegate, two to three weeks before the date of commencement of the Summit.
Cancellations:Made one month prior to the start of the conference will be refunded less than 50% of administration charge. Refunds will be made after the conference. Cancellations made within one month of the Summit start date will receive no refund. Substitutes of delegates are accepted within 4 working day prior to the day of the Summit.
Vis Major:While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event, Halcyon Group reserves the right to change event dates, sites or locations, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that Halcyon Group permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any vis major occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently canceled event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
Dispute Resolutions:All disputes arising from the present contract and/or in connection with it, shall be finally decided with the Arbitration Court attached to The Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic.
