تسهيل عملية الوصول إلى الموارد العلمية األخرى في الداخل والخارج. -2

المكتبات االكاديمية المناظرة ومراكز المعلومات المتخصصة.توطيد الصالت مع -3

المحافظة على مقتنيات المكتبة وتطويرها بما يخدم العملية التعليمية والبحثية. -4

المشاركة والعمل للوصول إلى معايير ومتطلبات الجودة الخاصة بخدمات الدعم -5

التعليمية.

تنيات العلمية.اعداد الفهارس الالزمة لتسهيل الوصول إلى المق -6

اصدار القوائم والببليوجرافيا والكشافات لمحتويات المكتبة. -7

- مهام أمني املكتبة: والدوريات. حصر وتصنيف مقتنيات المكتبة من الكتب والمراجع -1

القيام بعمليات اإلعارة واالسترجاع للكتب. -2

المحافظة على الهدوء داخل المكتبة ووجود بيئة علمية جيدة. -4

التواصل مع األقسام العلمية والتنسيق معها لمعرفة الكتب التي يحتاجونها وأعدادها -5

متى يتسنى توفيرها.

تعريف الطلبة الجدد بمكونات المكتبة وتدريبهم على كيفية االستفادة من خدماتها. -6

- نظام اإلعارة: - تنقسم المادة العلمية من حيث نظام اإلعارة إلى قسمين:

-المواد المسموح بإعارتها خارج الجامعة: -أ

يجوز اعارة بعض المواد العلمية بواقع كتاب واحد ولمدة أسبوع واحد لألستاذ

وكذلك الطالب، كما يجوز تجديد هذه اإلعارة لثالثة أيام أخرى إذا لم يتم طلب

ذات المادة العلمية من مستفيد آخر. وتقلص فترة اإلعارة لثالثة أيام فقط لكل من

األستاذ او الطالب في فترات االمتحانات أو في حالة تزايد الطلب على المادة

العلمية.

- بإعارتها خارج الجامعة:المواد الغير مسموح -ب

تكون محدودة جدا في عددها وهي عبارة عن المواد التي لها خصوصية وعادة ما

كن خارج المكتبة ويم بإعارتهاوقد تكون الوحيدة في المكتبة، وبالتالي ال يسمح

- للمستفيد فقط االطالع عليها داخل المكتبة ومن امتلتها ما يلي:

غير العربية كالموسوعات والمعاجم اللغوية واالطالس وكتب الكتب المرجعية العربية و -1

التراجم والقواميس.

الكتب والمواد العربية واالنجليزية المميزة. -2

الرسائل والدوريات العلمية ومجلداتها. -3

- الضوابط والشروط لالستفادة من خدمات املكتبية:

الرجوع ألمنيها.ليس ألي مستفيد الحق في استخدام مقتنيات المكتبة دون -1

في حالة االستعارة أو االطالع يتم بمليء النموذج الخاص بأي منها. -2

يعتبر المستفيد مسؤوال عن المادة المعارة حتى يرجعها وفي حالة فقدانها أو تلفها يكون -3

مطالبا بإحضار نسخة منها للمكتبة أو دفع ثمنها.

الهدوء التام داخل المكتبة والمحافظة على نظافتها -4

ترك المتعلقات الشخصية كالحقائب في مكان خاص باألمانات. -5

عدم استخدام الهاتف الجوال داخل المكتبة. -6

عدم تناول المأكوالت والمشروبات داخل المكتبة. -7

عدم التدخين داخل المكتبة. -8

عدم محاولة الخروج بأي مادة علمية قبل إتمام إجراءات استعارتها. -9
