Conclusions / Summary:

The Mobility Training Center, having been completed in 2014 is in very good shape overall.

• Most of the finishes still look as if new • The facility is generally well planned, especially on the first floor level • There is abundant daylighting and views on most of the first floor level • The entire facility is fully accessible.

The lower level functions acceptably for the purposes served, but does have a few shortcomings:

• The basement level is fairly compact (low ceiling heights) • Does not have any daylighting or exterior views • Is in mixed condition, depending on the room • A number of the storage spaces are not currently used, or barely used

The exterior of the building is in mixed condition

• Two of the facades were updated in 2014, the other two were not • There are a few maintenance items to address and areas that should be monitored, as noted previously
