（孔子学院奖学金）招生简章

Teachers Scholarship (Confucius Institute Scholarship) 2020,

Chongqing University                                

为培养合格的海外中文教师，促进各国中文教育的发展，孔子学

院总部继续设立国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金）。

重庆大学作为孔院奖学金接收院校，欢迎各海外孔子学院、独立

设置的孔子课堂、部分汉语考试考点、外国高校汉语师范/中文院系、

国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下简称推荐

机构）推荐优秀学生、学者和在职中文教师到重庆大学攻读汉语国际

教育本科、硕士学位或进修汉语国际教育等专业相关课程。

For the purpose of cultivating qualified International Chinese language teachers and

facilitating Chinese language education in other countries, the Confucius Institute

Headquarters (CIH) continues to launch the International Chinese Language Teachers

Scholarship (Confucius Institute Scholarship) to support outstanding students,

scholars and currently employed Chinese language teachers recommended by

Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms as well as some

HSK test centers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “recommending institutions”)

to study in Chinese universities and colleges (hereinafter referred to as “host

institutions”).

Chongqing University, one of the host institutions, welcomes qualified applicants to

study Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speaker of Other

Languages or Non-degree Chinese language program at Chongqing University under

the Confucius Institute Scholarship program.

All  applicants  shall  be:  

l Non-­‐Chinese  citizens;  

l In  good  physical  and  mental  condition,  and  with  good  academic  performance  and  conduct;  

l Committed  to  the  Chinese  language  education  and  related  work;  

l Between  the  age  of  16  and  35  (as  of  September  1st  ,2020).  Applicants  currently  working  as  Chinese  language  teachers  shall  not  be  over  45,  while  undergraduate  student  applicants  shall  not  be  over  25.  

 

 

Ø 国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金）

International   Chinese   Language   teachers   scholarship（ Confucius   Institute  

Scholarship）  

汉语国际教育专业硕士

Scholarship   for   Master’s   Degree   in   Teaching   Chinese   to   Speaker   of   Other  

Languages  (MTCSOL)  

2020   年   9   月入学，资助期限为   2   年。  

具有大学本科学历。汉语考试成绩达到   HSK（五级）210分、HSKK（中级）60   分。

提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议或相关证明者优先。  

Commences  September  2020  and  provides  scholarship  for  maximum  two  academic  

years.  Applicants  shall  be  Bachelor  degree  holders,  and  have  a  minimum  score  of  210  

in  HSK  Test  (Level  5)  as  well  as  60  in  HSKK  test  (Intermediate  Level).  Priority  will  be  

given  to  applicants  completing  their  studies  in  China  or  a  proof  to  the  same  effect.

汉语国际教育专业本科生

Scholarship   for   Bachelor’s   Degree   in   Teaching   Chinese   to   Speakers   of   Other  

Languages  (BTCSOL)  

2020   年   9   月入学，资助期限为   4   年。  

具有高中学历。汉语考试成绩达到   HSK（四级）210   分、HSKK（中级）60   分。  

Commences  September  2020  and  provides  scholarship  for  maximum  four  academic  

years.   Applicants   must   have   graduated   with   a   high   school   diploma,   and   have   a  

minimum  score  of  210  in  HSK  Test  (Level  4)  as  well  as  60  in  HSKK  test  (Intermediate  

Level).  

一学年研修生

Scholarship  for  One-­‐Academic-­‐Year  Study    

2020   年   9   月入学，资助期限为   11个月。不录取在华留学生。  

Commences  September  2020,  and  provides  scholarship  for  maximum  eleven  months.  

International  students  currently  studying  in  China  are  not  eligible.  

l 汉语国际教育  

Teaching  Chinese  to  Speakers  of  Other  Languages  (TCSOL)  

汉语考试成绩达到   HSK（三级）270分，具有   HSKK   成绩。  

Applicants   shall   have   a  minimum   score  of   270   in  HSK   test   (Level   3),  while  HSKK  

test  score  required.  

l 汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学  

Chinese  Language  and  Literature,  Chinese  History,  and  Chinese  Philosophy  

汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（四级）180   分、HSKK（中级）60分。  

Applicants  shall  have  a  minimum  score  of  180  in  HSK  test  (Level  4)  and  60  in  HSKK  

test  (intermediate  level).  

l 汉语研修  

    Chinese  Language  Study    

汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）210分，提供 HSKK成绩者优先。  

Applicants  shall  have  a  minimum  score  of  210  in  HSK  test  (Level  3),  priority  will  be

given  to  applicants  who  provide  an  HSKK  test  score.  

 

 

一学期研修生

Scholarship  for  One-­‐  Semester  Study    

2020年 9月、2021   年 3月入学，资助期限为 5个月。不录取护照上有 X1、X2   签

证者。  

汉语考试成绩达到   HSK（三级）180   分，具有   HSKK   成绩。  

Commences  either   in  September  2020  or  March  2021,  and  provides   scholarship  of  

maximum  five  months.  Applicants  with  holding  X1  or  X2  visa  are  not  eligible.  

Applicants  shall  have  a  minimum  score  of  180  in  HSK  test  (Level  3),  while  HSKK  test  

score  required.  

专业：汉语国际教育   、汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学  

Fields   of   study:   Teaching   Chinese   to   Speakers   of   Other   Languages   (TCSOL),  

Chinese  Language  and  Literature,  Chinese  History  and  Chinese  Philosophy.  

 

Ø 重庆大学孔子学院奖学金  

Confucius Institute Scholarship of Chongqing University

该奖学金为孔子学院总部与重庆大学合作项目，招生要求和奖学金

资助内容及标准按照国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金）申请办

法执行，通过汉办孔子学院奖学金招生平台统一录取。

招生类别及名额为：

（1）汉语国际教育硕士生： 10 人

（2）汉语国际教育本科生：10 人

（3）一学年研修生： 20 人

In  cooperation  with  Confucius  Institute  Headquaters,  "Confucius  Institute  

Scholarship  of  Chongqing  University"  will  be  launched  in  2020.  According  to  the  

relevant  application  conditions  of  International  Chinese  Language  Teachers

Scholarship  (Confucius  Institute  Scholarship),  Chongqing  University  will  admit  

students  through  Confucius  Institute  Scholarship  Enrollment  Platform  of  Hanban.  

The  scholarship  places  are  as  follow:  

(1) Master’s   Degree   in   Teaching   Chinese   to   Speaker   of   Other   Languages  

(MTCSOL)-­‐-­‐-­‐10    

(2) Bachelor’s   Degree   in   Teaching   Chinese   to   Speakers   of   Other   Languages  

(BTCSOL)-­‐-­‐-­‐10    

(3) One-­‐Academic-­‐Year  Study-­‐-­‐-­‐20  

 

 

 

 

 

2020 年 3 月 1 日 起 ， 申 请 者 登 录 孔 子 学 院 奖 学 金 网 站

( http://cis.chinese.cn )，选择所属推荐机构，选定重庆大学为

接收院校，在线注册、填写《孔子学院奖学金申请表》并附上有关证

明材料电子扫描件。

Online   registration   is  available   from  1st  March,  2020,  applicants  are  advised   to   log  

on   to   the  Confucius   Institute  Scholarships  website   (http://cis.chinese.cn)   to  choose  

recommending   institution,   and   select   Chongqing   University   as   host   institution.  

Please   register,   complete   the   Confucius   Institute   Scholarships   Application   Form  

online,  and  upload  the  scanned  copies  of  relevant  supporting  documents.    

   

 

申请者所属推荐机构审核申请材料，对符合要求的申请者进行推荐。

The   recommending   institutions   are   engaged   in   the   applicant   selection,   materials  

review,   and   collecting   and   handing   over   applicants’   documents   to   Chongqing  

University.

重庆大学审核入学资格，择优录取，并向汉办提交预录取人选。

Chongqing   University   will   then   review   the   eligibility   of   applicants,   and   submit   the  

admission  list  to  Hanban.  

 

 

汉办于入学前 3 个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结

Hanban  will  conduct  an  overall  assessment  of  all  applications  and  admit  applicants  

on   the   basis   of   competitive   selection.   The   results   will   be   notified   three   months  

before  enrollment  of  the  admitted  students.  

注: 在各类汉语桥比赛中获得 2020 年度“孔子学院奖学金证书”者，

登录孔子学院奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向重庆大学提交申请材料。

l 申请者需提供真实完整、有效的申请材料，不得弄虚作假，

否则，将取消申请或入学资格。

l 未按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学或休学者，取消奖

学金资格。

l 学历生须参加年度评审，按照《孔子学院奖学金年度评审办

法》执行。

l The   applicants   shall   provide   authentic,   complete   and   valid   application  

materials  and  shall  not  resort  to  fraud,  otherwise,  application  or  admission  

will  be  cancelled.  

l Those  who  failed  to  register  on  time,  failed  to  pass  the  health  assessment,  

dropped  out  midway  and/or  suspended  will  be  deprived  of  scholarship.  

l Degree   students   shall   accept   the   annual   assessment   under   the   Annual

孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合

医疗保险费。

The   Confucius   Institute   Scholarship   provides   full   coverage   on   tuition   fee,  

accommodation   fee,   living   allowance   and   comprehensive   medical   insurance  

expenses.  

学费由重庆大学统筹用于奖学金生的培养与管理，开展文化活动，组织

参加汉语考试。学费不包含教材费和旅游景点门票。  

            Tuition   fee   is   under   the   overall   planning   and   utilization   of   Chongqing  

University   to  provide   teaching  and  management  of  scholarship  students  organizing  

cultural  and  social  activities,  as  well  as  organizing  Chinese  language  proficiency  tests.  

Tuition  fee  does  not  cover  the  textbook  expenses  and  tourist  attraction  tickets.  

住宿费由重庆大学统筹使用，为学生提供免费宿舍，一般为双人间；

经奖学金生申请、重庆大学批准，选择校外住宿者，由学校按月或季度发放住宿

费，标准为 700元人民币/月。  

Accommodation  fee   is  under  the  overall  planning  and  utilization  of  Chongqing  

University   to   provide   students   on-­‐campus   apartments   (usually   double   rooms).  

Students   may   also   live   off-­‐campus   upon   application   and   getting   permission   from  

Chongqing  University.  Students  who  live  off-­‐campus  are  entitled  to  accommodation  

allowance   of   700   CNY   per   person/month   paid   on   a   monthly/quarterly   basis   from  

Chongqing  University.  

生活费由重庆大学按月发放。本科生、一学年和一学期研修生标准为

2500元人民币/月；汉语国际教育专业硕士生为 3000元人民币/月。  

Living  allowance  is  granted  by  Chongqing  University  on  a  monthly  basis.  The  

monthly   allowance   for   undergraduates,   one-­‐academic-­‐year   study   students   and  

one-­‐semester   students   is   2,500  CNYper   person.   For  MTCSOL   student,   the  monthly  

allowance  is  3,000CNY  per  person.  

综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由重庆

大学统一奖学金生购买。一学期研修生为 400 元人民币/人，一学年以上标准为

800元人民币/年/人。  

Comprehensive  medical   insurance   is   purchased   by   Chongqing   University   in  

accordance  with  relevant  regulations  of  studying  in  China  stipulated  by  the  Ministry  

of   Education   of   China.   Insurance   fee   per   person   is   400   CNY   for   one-­‐semester  

students,   and  800  CNY  per   year   for   students   engaged   in  program   longer   than  one  

academic  year.  

l 奖学金生须按重庆大学录取通知书规定的时间入学报到，否则取消奖学金资

格。当月 15 日（含 15 日）前到校注册者，当月发放全额生活费；15 日以

后注册者，当月发放半月生活费。  

l 奖学金生在学期间（不含寒暑假）因个人原因离开中国时间超过 15 天者，

停发离华期间生活费。  

l 奖学金生因个人原因休学、退学或受学校纪律处分者，停发自休学、退学或

接到处分通知之日起的生活费。  

l 毕（结）业生的生活费发放至学校确定的毕（结）业日期后的半个月。  

l Students   are   required   to   complete   enrollment   procedures   for   every   semester  

within   stipulated   period;   otherwise,   their   scholarship   may   be   cancelled.  

Students  who  are  enrolled  before   the  15th   (or  on   the  15th)  of   the  month  are  

entitled  to  the  full  allowance  of  that  month  while  those  enrolled  after  the  15th  

of  that  month  are  only  entitled  to  half  of  the  amount.  

l During   the   study   period,   for   any   student   who   is   absent   from   China   due   to  

personal  reasons  for  more  than  15  days  (excluding  winter  and  summer  holidays),  

the  allowance  during  absence  will  be  suspended.

l For  students  who  suspend  study  or  drop  out  of  school  for  personal  reasons,  or  

who  are  given  disciplinary  punishment  by  Chongqing  University,  allowance  will  

be   terminated   on   the   date   of   such   suspension,   dropping   out   or   when   the  

decision  of  such  punishment  is  announced.  

l The   living  allowance   for   the  month  of  graduation  will  be  granted  half  a  month  

after   the   date   of   graduation   or   expiration   day   of   the   study   confirmed   by  

Chongqing  University.

For  all  applicants:  

Ø A  Scanned  copy  of  passport  photo  page.  

Ø A  scanned  copy  of  score  reports  of  the  HSK  and  HSKK  tests  (within  the  two-­‐year  

validity).  

Ø A  Recommendation  letter  by  the  head  of  the  recommending  institutions.  

Ø Other   supporting   documents   (physical   examination   form   and   non-­‐criminal  

record).  

 

与学历生有关的证明材料  

Ø 提供最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。  

Ø 汉语国际教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业

For  degree  program  applicants:  

Ø A   certification   of   the   highest   education   diploma   (or   proof   of   expected  

graduation)  and  an  official  transcript.  

Ø Applicants   of   the   Scholarship   for  MTCSOL   Students   are   required   to   provide   2  

reference   letters   from   professors   or   associate   professors.   Those   who   can  

provide   a   notarized   employment   agreement   with   teaching   institutions   are  

preferred.  

 

在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。  

Applicants  currently  working  as  Chinese  language  teachers  shall  provide  the  proof  of  

employment  as  well  as  a  reference  letter  by  the  employing  institution.  

 

未满 18 周岁的申请者 ,须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。  

Applicants   under   the   age   of   18   shall   provide   certified   documents   of   entrustment  signed  by  their  legal  guardians  in  China.      

注意：

① 体检表可通过 http://study.cqu.edu.cn/info/1062/1413.htm 下载，需

用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求

的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、

无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。申请时

须同时上传检查结果附件（血液报告、心电图和胸片 X 光）。鉴于

检查结果有效期为 6 个月，请申请人据此规划本人进行体检的时

间。

② 上述所有材料均需为中文或英文版，如果原件使用的是其他语言，

则须提交中文或英文的公证翻译版本。学校出具的证明材料须提

供证明人的姓名及联系方式并加盖单位公章。

③ 请于报到时携带上述所有材料的原件，以供现场查验。

Notes:

① The Medical Examination form could be downloaded via

http://study.cqu.edu.cn/info/1062/1413.htm and shall be filled by the physician in

English. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the form.

Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the

official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.

Attachments of examination results (Blood report, Electrocardiograph and Chest

X-ray) shall also be uploaded. Please carefully plan your physical examination

schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

② All the above documents should be Chinese or English version. If the original

copy is in a different language, a notarized translated copy in Chinese or English

must be submitted; as to the certificate issued by the school, the name and contact

information of the certifier shall be affixed as well as the official seal of the

school.
