Taco Bell coming to ColleyvillePlans were submitted June 25 for a new Taco Bell to be constructed at 8170 Precinct Line Road.

Contractors are nearing completion of tenant finish-out and hiring has started for the Zoës Kitchen at the new Colleyville Downs out-par-cel. Zoës Kitchen plans to open sometime this month.

June Sales Tax Revenue Up 7.18%General Fund sales tax is up 7.18% ($17,505) from revenues re-ported for the same time period last year. Year-to-date General Fund sales tax is up 6.23% ($114,019). This is the sixth month that sales tax has been up this fiscal year, with only one month (May) of decline compared to the same period in the prior year.

Albertsons completes $1.7 million renovationThe Colleyville Albertons on Glade Road re-opened on June 17 following a $1.7 million renova-tion. City officials turned out for a grand re-opening celebration and ribbon cutting. Included in the renovations are expanded floral and prepared food sections.

Jose G. Chow Ortho-dontics expanding Colleyville officeJose G. Chow Orthodontics will move to a new location upon the completion of the new Meadows Creek Offices at 8096 Precinct Line Road. The new office will occupy all 3664 square feet of building 1 at the new complex. Dr. Chow will purchase his building, which is scheduled to be completed in January.
