2 Factor Authentication Q1

Two-factor authentication is a security process in which the user provides two

means of identification from separate categories of credentials.

When user logs into INSZoom a security token would be emailed to User. Post

login a security challenge (screen) would be provided where the user need to

enter the emailed code and access the system.

EU Privacy Shield Compliance Q1

The EU–U.S. Privacy Shield Framework requires companies meet stronger

obligations to protect the personal data of Europeans and introduces stronger

monitoring and enforcement by the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the

Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

INSZoom team is working with third party to ensure the application is compliant

with these regulations.

The entire process is scheduled to be completed by end of Quarter 1.

KPMG audits the INSZoom application and data security annually.

They conduct independent “Vulnerability and Penetration Testing”

and the report is submitted for ISO Certification Audit. We do

publish this for any RFPs or RFIs requirements from your

clients/customers.

We have been consistent on this certificate for last 10 years and will

continue to maintain the high quality of standards and processes in

CMP – Autocomplete Search Q3

Autocomplete, is a feature in which application predicts the rest of a word a user

is typing. This as-you-type suggestions help users save time, iterate on their

searches, and get the results they want.

Similar search feature is provided in HR Portal. It would be enabled for Case

Manager portal.

Case manager can search for corporation, foreign national/employee, or case

with several criteria like name, email, phone number etc.
