In the way ,we shall improve theenvironmental condition ,turn "waste" into wealth, and take the function of improve product utilization andeconomic value.

The basic reaction process is as following:Add water into limestone powder to make slurry,which will be use as absorbent and be pump to the Towerto fully mixed and contact with the gas. The sulphur dioxide which comes from gas,calcium carbonate whichfrom the slurry,and the air blowing from the tower bottom will happen oxidation reaction to generatecalcium sulfate. Calcium sulfate after reaching to a certain degree of saturation, crystals formed DihydrateGypsum.Gypsum slurry which discharged from Tower have to remove the water content and reduce it to 10%, then

belt conveyor will transport it to the gypsum silo, the formula of dihydrate gypsum is CaSO4 2H2O, twowater of crystallization of Calcium sulfate crystal is the desulfurization gypsum, and which is a kind ofbyproduct of desulfurizing tower, they are commonly used to produce gypsum board and apply to cementindustry also.

Desulfurization Gypsum is mainly by-product comes from wet method desulfurizing production. Itscomposition are basically as same as the natural gypsum, but higher purity and fineness. Thedesulfurization gypsum has extensive usages, such as 1,building gypsum board; 2,Engineering overlaymaterials; 3,the cement curing agent,etcAfter calcination can be made into half water or anhydrite gypsum, the two are cementing materials. Tgecalcined gypsum as the rawmaterial can produce such as gypsum plaster,gypsum floor,gypsum putty,medical gypsum, gypsum mold ,dental plaster,etc.

It's by use Ammoniawater to turn SO2 into Ammonium sulfate, to improve the utilization value of final product.Usage of Ammonium Sulfate:Ammonium Sulfate is a kind of good nitrogen,suitable for general soil and crop,can make the branches andleaves growth, improve fruit quality and yield,enhance crops on diaster resistance ability, can use as basicfertilizer, fertilizer and seed manure.Has double decomposition reaction with salt to produce ammonium chloride and ammonium aluminumsulfate effect generated alum, manufacturing refractory materials with boric acid and so on. Join the platingsolution can increase the conductivity . Food caramel catalyst, in the production of yeast cultivation nitrogensource of yeast,to dye and acid dyes leather, and leather ash remover. Also used in beer brewing, chemicalreagent and battery production,etc. Some other important role is to mine rare earths, extraction withammonium sulfate as raw material, adopts the ion exchange form of rare earth elements in the ore exchange,simple to collect leaching liquid filtration separation after dried into rare earth ore. Per 1 of rare earth oremining production need about 5 tons of ammonium sulfate.
