For students without a car, the best method of traveling a long distance from Oswego is by connecting through Syracuse and then traveling via bus, train, or plane. The Regional Transportation Center is the departure point for buses and trains ONLY. You can get to the RTC in Syracuse by taking Centro or a shuttle from campus, available on specific dates.
