Chapel next Wednesday, February 24th will be led by Miss Trah’s 2nd Grade class.
Zion Lutheran Adult Trivia Night
will be held on Friday, February 26th from 7-9 PM.
Teams of 6-10 players will
compete in a trivia contest.
Cost is $10 per person. Sign-up at the door or in
the church office. Come with a team theme/
decorations and snacks.
(This fundraising event will support the Teachers' LEA
Convocation.)

Opening Game for the Boys: 2:00 vs. Good
Shepherd, Pekin (On the Big Court) @ Christ Lutheran, Peoria. What an awesome opportunity for the cheer
squad to cheer on the same court they will compete on
the next day.
Cheer competition is on Saturday at 12:45 PM.
The following competitions will be held in Gym A in this
order: cheerleading, free throw, and three-point
competitions.
The weekend is all about the young Zion athletes taking the abilities God has blessed to each of them, working
together with their teammates and doing their
very best at each opportunity. Let us all keep
this focus as we work together to make
memories.

Basketball team competes for an opportunity to
participate in the Lutheran Sports Association Illinois
State Basketball Tournament.

Zion Lutheran School is accepting used/empty ink cartridges. Zion recycles
these cartridges and uses the money from recycling to
purchases office and
school supplies.

Open registration to the public will begin on
Monday, February 22nd for the 2016-2017 school year. We encourage everyone to register
promptly to assist us in planning for the next
