HOW TO MEASURE BITS �� Suggest using a piece of string to measure from

one corner of the horse’s mouth to the other.

�� The mouthpiece should ideally be 19mm (3/4") larger than this measurement.

�� If a couple of wrinkles can be seen either side of the horse’s mouth, this is a good guide that the bit is sitting in the correct place.
