PROVISIONS ON TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF EF-INTERNATIONAL LTD. ON THE PREMISES OF EXPOFORUM INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTRE

WITH AN ADDRESS AT: 64 BLOCK 1 PETERBURGSKOYE RD, ST. PETERSBURG

Introduction

In keeping with provisions of the Manual for Organizers and Exhibitors for Events to be Held on the Premises of EXPOFORUM International Convention & Exhibition Centre (hereinafter referred to as the EXPOFORUM Centre), Messrs EF-International Ltd. herewith designate and appoint Messrs EF-Design Ltd. to act as Master builder on the premises of EXPOFORUM Centre and entrust them with the authority to carry out technical supervision on the premises of EXPOFORUM Centre by way of checking project design documentation submitted by third party builders (Exhibitors) for conformity with applicable rules and requirements in place on the premises of EXPOFORUM Centre, with a view to admitting a third part builder (Exhibitor) to installation and artwork styling of exhibition stands (displays).

1. General Provisions, Terms and Definitions

1.1. Further to provisions of the Manual for Organizers and Exhibitors for Events to be Held on the Premises of EXPOFORUM International Convention & Exhibition Centre:

The Exhibitors (Organizers) may carry out installation and dismantling activities and other engineering and artwork jobs by their own means, or have third party entities (Builders) engaged in the said activities, only provided that exhibition stands to be installed or dismantled are custom-made or up-market, subject to the written approval by EF-Design Ltd. Third party Builders will be granted access to display spaces within the time

frames specified by the organizer after having the stands’ project design documentation as provided by a third party Builder checked by EF-Design Ltd. for conformity with applicable rules and requirements in place on the premises of EXPOFORUM Centre. Without having passed the stands’ project design documentation check,

Builders will not be admitted to display spaces. 1.2. The basic terms and definitions are as follows:

1.2.1 Stand – a unit comprising display space and structural and artwork elements made available to the Exhibitor by the Organizer with a view to displaying goods and (or) services. 1.2.2 Roll-up – a mobile exhibition system of arbitrary configuration, and (or) convertible structure enabling installation of a variety of facilities, styling design ranging from standard to up-market units. 1.2.3 Standard exhibition stand – an exhibition stand of arbitrary allowable height (up to 6 m) based on type Octanorm, Astralite/Prolite, Mero R8, Standex, Consta Systems, Syma Rondo, Maxima, Syma Molto, Joker, Tritix exhibition systems or similar types, including those utilizing additional exhibition equipment and elements of décor (banners, cladding panels, display lettering, etc.). 1.2.4 Portable display – a collapsible roll-up portable unit (type Pop-up, Roll-up, Fold-up, banner stands, etc.) 1.2.5 Up-Market exhibition stand – an original design custom-builtexhibition stand of arbitrary allowable height (up to 6 m). An up-market exhibition stand’s structural concept would imply the use of customized technical and process engineering solutions not subject to replication. Installation of an up-market exhibition stand shall primarily use disposable building and decorative materials (chip board/MDF to be coated, laminated chipboard, decorative plastics, etc.), holding certificates of conformity with fire safety requirements and safety specifications. .

Besides, up-market exhibition stands shall include two-storey stands, original welded design custom-built stands not subject to replication, stands featuring decorative textile drapery, professional lighting facilities and stage equipment, and other creative artwork solutions.

2. Master Builder’s Objectives in Pursuance of Technical Supervision2.1. The Master builder’s objectives shall be as follows: checking project design documentation for stands provided by the third partyBuilders with subsequent authorization of the said companies for installationand dismantling and artwork styling activities on the premises of EXPOFORUMCentre, subject to applicable requirements and rules in place on the premisesof the exhibition centre in reference and statutory instruments of the RussianFederation;

monitoring the compliance by the third party Builders with project designdocumentation, applicable rules and requirements in the course of installationof stands (displays) and artwork styling of the same.

3. Control of Project Design Documentation of CompaniesEngaged in Installation and Dismantling Activities, Engineering and Artwork Jobs on the Premises of EXPOFORUM Centre

3.1. Project design documentation shall be controlled by EF-Design Ltd.’s quality control department (www.ef-design.ru) 3.2. The control procedure shall be as follows:

3.2.1.1. Not later than 15 working days prior to commencement of exhibition (display, function) installation activities, a company planning to carry out installation and dismantling activities, engineering and artwork jobs (hereinafter referred to as the Builder) on the premises of EXPOFORUM Centre shall submit the following documents to EF-Design Ltd.:

1. A letter from Exhibiting company requesting authorization of a Builder company to install or dismantle a stand, with the list of equipment and materials to be moved in and out endorsed by the Exhibiting company Director attached thereto (Form 1). 2. Stand project summary (Form 2).3. A 3-D design project of a stand, to be endorsed by the Builder company director (Form 3). 4. A plan (drawing) of a stand (display) showing the layout arrangement of water consumers, machinery, refrigerators and other equipment, to be endorsed by the Builder company’s director (Form 4); floor plans (drawings) for two-storey stands. 5. Isometric projection of a stand, to be endorsed by the Builder company director (Form 5). In addition thereto: a) for a two-storey stand and a stand with exhibition ramp, over 1 m high: - a 3-D model of the platform (exhibition ramp)- technical documents for platform (exhibition ramp) structural elements - static load strength analysis of the platform (exhibition ramp). b) for a stand featuring custom-built structural members, technical documents for the same shall be provided.6. Electric circuit diagram of a stand, to show the layout of electric switchboard and basic load consumers, to be signed by Builder company director (Form 6). 7. Electric power supply schematic diagram of a stand, to be signed by the person in charge of electrical installation activities (Form 7). .

8. An order (Form 8) issued by the Builder company manager, on the company’sletterhead and under the respective seal, on appointment of:

a person in charge of electrical installation work and condition of theexhibition stand, not lower than electrical safety group 4, entitled to beemployed as administrative and technical staff member;

a person in charge of fire safety arrangements; a person in charge of installation/dismantling activities and compliancewith safety regulations at the stand at the exhibition in reference.9. The list of personnel authorized to carry out electrical wiring work (onthe company’s letterhead) engaged in stand installation at a particularexhibition (function), to be signed by the company manager (Form 9). 10. The list of installation fitters engaged in installation/dismantlingactivities at the exhibition (stand), to be endorsed by the company director,(installation fitters included in the list shall hold the respective workpermits and registration in the Russian Federation) (Form 10).11. Builder’s data card (reference details) (Form 11).12. A copy of certificate of conformity with international ISO 9000 standards(GOST R ISO 9001-2008), or a copy of the respective Work permit issued by aself-regulatory building contractor(SRO).13. A photocopy of electrical personnel certificates, as are put on the list,with electrical safety group not lower than 3, bearing a qualification testmark.14. A photocopy of electrical personnel knowledge assessment reports (orlogbook).15. A photocopy of certificate of proficiency in basics of fire safety heldby a person in charge of fire safety arrangements.16. Certificates of conformity for all equipment to be moved in, and firesafety certificates (cf. Annex 2, clause 5) for the materials to be used.17. A copy of the Builder's liability insurance contract against personal injury, damage of other person’s property for the period of installation and dismantling activities and the period of exhibition.

3.2.2. Requirements applicable to stands covered by the project documentation to be submitted are specified by the statutory instruments of the Russian Federation, the Manual for Organizers and Exhibitors for Events to be Held on the Premises of EXPOFORUM International Convention & Exhibition Centre and outlined in detail in Annex 2 Provisions on Technical Supervision of EF-International Ltd. 3.2.3. EF-Design Ltd. shall, within three days, check the set of documents received and issue the certificate of clearance to the Builder (Form 12) thus authorizing the same to carry out installation work, or deny the respective work permit. 3.2.4. EF-Design Ltd. shall reserve the right to deny the Builder the installation work permit in the event that:

the documents are submitted late or are incomplete;

the documents submitted are found not in conformity with provisions of the Manual for Organizers and Exhibitors for Events to be Held on the Premises of EXPOFORUM International Convention & Exhibition Centre, and statutory instruments of the Russian Federation;

information so provided is found not in conformity with original documents. 3.2.5. The Certificate of clearance so issued (hereinafter referred to as the certificate of clearance) shall entitle representatives of entities holding the same to access to the grounds of EXPOFORUM Centre, moving in equipment according to the respective lists and carrying out jobs covered by the activity preparation plan.

4. Supervision of Compliance with Applicable Rules and Regulations in Pursuance of Installation and Dismantling and Artwork Styling of a Stand

4.1. All installation jobs shall be carried out in conformity with applicable Safety Regulations and Occupational Safety Rules, Regulations for Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations, Electrical Installations Code, Fire

Prevention Rules of the Russian Federation, Construction Code of Practice. In this respect, special requirements shall be complied with as are conditioned by specific features of EXPOFORUM Centre and exhibition events (cf. the Fire Precautions Manual for Installation (Dismantling) of Temporary Facilities in the Course of Activities in EXPOFORUM International Convention & Exhibition Centre’s Indoor Areas and Open Spaces (Appendix 10)and the Rules of Procedurefor Electrical Wiring Work on the Premises of EXPOFORUM International Convention & Exhibition Centre)(Appendix 8). 4.2. In the course of installation/dismantling of exhibition stands (displays), EF-Design Ltd. shall supervise:

compliance by the Builder with applicable construction code of practice.

conformity of the type, parameters and materials of a stand to be installedby the Builder with the project design documentation submitted.

readiness of electrical equipment for connection.4.3. In the event that the Builder is found in breach of the applicable rulesand regulations for carrying out installation work, EF-Design Ltd. will beentitled to revoke the Builder’s assembly work permit in cases as follows:1. Violations by the Builder, in the course of the work, of requirementsprovided for by construction code of practice, statutory instruments andlegislative acts in the area of fire safety, electrical safety, occupationalsafety and environmental safety.2. Where the design of the stand (display), materials and equipment used arefound not in conformity with the documents submitted.3. Where the methods used by the Builder for construction and outfitting ofdisplay spaces are likely to cause the loss of marketable condition ofneighbouring stands and/or pavilions.4. Where the Builder employs unskilled personnel to carry out the work inquestion.5. Unauthorized connection to utility networks.6. Where power stated in technical documents is in excess in terms of electric load. 4.4. Revocation of assembly work permit shall be by way of a Notice (Form 13) to be handed by EF-Design Ltd. over to the Builder. In this case, the Builder in reference shall be suspended from installation and artwork activities at the stand. 4.5. The Builder’s assembly work permit may be resumed only after the respective remedial actions and reimbursement of the respective costs. 4.6. EF-Design Ltd. shall supervise readiness of electrical equipment for connection by:

checking the stand electrical equipment for conformity with electric circuit diagram and electric power supply schematic diagram previously provided.

checking the stand electrical equipment for conformity with requirements of the applicable rules.

having, where necessary, check measurements of the stand’s circuit diagram carried out by the specialists of electrical laboratory of EF-Design Ltd. 4.7. In order to assist the Builder in complying with requirements of the rules of procedure for installation activities, electrical wiring work and artwork styling activities on the premises of EXPOFORUM International Convention & Exhibition Centre, EF-Design Ltd. may, upon the Builder’s subsequent application, undertake technical support of assembly and electrical installation work. 4.8. Further to the results of supervision, EF-Design Ltd. shall make a decision on readiness of the stand for connection to electric power supply system (or otherwise). If positive, prior to connection EF-International Ltd. and the Builder shall sign a statement of delineation of balance book ownership and operation responsibilities of the parties (Form 15). .

5. Conditions for Builder Companies Authorized for Work

5.1. The certificate of clearance issued to the Builder shall entitle them to carry out the work within the time frame set by the Exhibition Organizer. Vehicle entry permits to the grounds of EXPOFORUM Centre shall be issued to the Builder at the Service bureau subject to the certificate of clearance. 5.2. The basic document to allow removal of dismantled stands from the exhibit area and the Builder’s moving-out after dismantling shall be an exit permit tobe obtained by the building contractor from the exhibition management office. The Builder’s designated representative shall, upon completion of dismantling activities, clearing of its job-site and payment for additional services rendered to the Builder during the exhibition, or reimbursement of expenses incurred in remedial actions where the Builder is found in breach of the rules applicable to installation and dismantling activities, present the job-site to the exhibition pavilion manager, the latter having to sign and stamp the Exit permit if the site so presented is accepted. 5.3. In the event that the Builder has failed to present the job-site and moved out, the job-site shall then be examined, with the respective cleaning cost estimate to be drawn up, and the respective work to be carried out to be further chargeable to the Builder. Henceforth the said company will not be admitted to exhibit area until and unless it reimburses the expenses incurred in the cleaning.

6. Special Conditions

6.1. The work permit issued to a Builder (certificate of clearance) authorizing the same to carry out installation work on the premises of EXPOFORUM Centre shall be valid only for the period of one exhibition (function).

3. Where building-up permit is obtained less than 15 working days prior to commencement of installation activities, the price as stated in clause 1.1 shall be increased by 50%.

4. Where building-up permit is obtained less than 5 working days prior to commencement of installation activities, the price as stated in clause 1.1 shall be increased by 100%.

5. Where two-storey stands are to be installed, the floor-space of the 1st и 2nd storeys shall be added.

Annex No. 2

Technical Specifications for Setting up Temporary Facilities (Makeshift Units, Exhibition Stands, etc.) on the Grounds of EXPOFORUM Centre

1.Makeshift units, temporary facilities, exhibition stands may only be set upwithin the boundaries of a marked-out area, passageways to remain free of packagingand building refuse. Where the layout of facilities so installed is found incontravention of the general marking the contractor shall, at its own expense,dismantle and re-install the facilities. No structural components may projectoutside the allotted area to be built up.2.The height of temporary facilities and units to be set up in open spacespertaining to EXPOFORUM Centre shall be in conformity with technical solutionsprovided for by the respective working design. Maximum possible height oftemporary facilities and units to be set up in pavilions of EXPOFORUM Centre shallbe as follows:– pavilions Nos. 1, 2, 3 – 6 metres.Maximum allowable limit for distributed floor load caused by structures, equipmentand machinery, including the Exhibitor’s equipment, shall not exceed the followingvalues: – pavilions Nos. 1, 2, 3 – 2.5 t/m².3. Only pre-stressed glass may be used. At a height of over 1.8 m from floor levelto the upper edge of a facility to be installed, only triplex type safety glass maybe used. Glass walls and doors shall bear a conspicuous lettering or pictorialimage at a height of 1.5 m.4.The walls of makeshift units, exhibition stands and facilities and any othermeans of advertising shall be stable and may not jeopardize health and life of thethird persons; framework and elements of the walls and other structures so installed with the use of combustible materials shall be flame-proofed. Back-wall of a stand included in a modular unit (where higher than the neighbouring stand) shall be coloured white, and may not bear any lettering or pictorial images whatsoever. Framework structure of suspended ceilings shall be of non-combustible materials only. The Contractor shall be held liable for safe installation of any structures and shall be capable of proving the same where necessary. Temporary facilities, makeshift units, exhibition stands to be set up by the contractor may not be secured with the aid of neighbouring temporary facilities, makeshift units and exhibition stands. 5.Temporary facilities, makeshift units and exhibition stands and structures may not be fastened to stationary walls and floor of EXPOFORUM Centre’s pavilions. 6. Installation activities at EXPOFORUM Centre inside the pavilions shall utilize elements of a high degree of availability, pre-fabricated and coated at the builder’s production facilities. Inside the EXPOFORUM Centre’s pavilions, only assembly of ready elements, sealing and coating of joints shall be allowed, with floors in passageways to be covered with safety film. The use of fixed disk saws, file board sanders not outfitted with dust collectors, naked flame, welding work is prohibited. 7.The use of building materials with fire hazard class higher than KM1 (G1, V1, D2, T2, RP1) for fabrication of walls, ceilings and filling up suspended ceilings in makeshift units, temporary facilities and exhibition stands is prohibited. Framework structure of suspended ceilings shall be of non-combustible materials only. Highly dusting and soiling materials are not allowed to be used for installation of stands (type GKP, etc.) 8.The use of building materials with fire hazard class higher than KM1 (G1, V1, D2, T2, RP1) for flooring in makeshift units, temporary facilities and exhibition stands is prohibited. .

9.Where decorative textiles (drapery) have to be used for styling of facilities(stands, etc.), the fabrics used shall be in conformity with class KM1 (V1, D2, T2)(type CANDLE, or Trevira CS fibre, or equivalent).10. The use of materials with fire hazard class lower than KM0 (class NG materials)for finishing of walls and ceilings of halls inside the pavilions is prohibited.The use of finishing materials with fire hazard class lower than КМ2 for floorcovering in halls inside the pavilions is prohibited (including areas betweentemporary facilities). Finishing work in escape routes may utilize the followingclasses of materials: а). KMO – for finishing of walls and ceilings in entranceareas, stairwells and lift lobbies; b). KM1 – for finishing of walls and ceilingsin corridors, hallways and lounge areas, as well as for floor covering in entrance areas, stairwells and lift lobbies; c). KM2 – for flooring in corridors, hallwaysand lounge areas. 11. Each temporary facility (exhibition stand, makeshift units or other facilities)shall have fire safety certificates and materials fireproofing certificates inplace as a proof of classification of building materials and applicability of thesame.12. Temporary facilities (conference halls, audience spaces) shall provide for aseat-back to seat-back distance between the rows of chairs etc. of not less than0.9 m. The number of continuously fitted seats in a row shall not exceed 26 in caseof one-way row exit and not more than 50 in case of two-way exit. Chairs etc., orblocks of chairs in halls (over 12 seats) shall be outfitted with floor tie-downfittings. No temporary seats (or blocks) shall be allowed. In halls seating notmore than 200 persons, the chairs do not necessarily have to provide for floor tie-down fittings provided that these are linked with one another in a row.13. Fire-proofed wood ensuring fire hazard class of not more than KM2 (G1, V2, D2,T2, RP1) may be used in floor tie-down fittings for chairs, etc.14. Hardwood and softwood may only be used with moist roots.15. Bamboo, reed, thatch, bark, peat and similar materials may only be used where subjected to special pre-treatment. 16. The structure of staircases, access ramps, stairs and foot-bridges shall be in

conformity with safety requirements. All staircases, raised platforms and areas

shall be outfitted with railing. The railing shall be not less than 1.1 m high from

floor level and provided with at least upper, intermediate and lower handrails.

Staircases’ guard-rails and railing shall be continuous, outfitted with handrails and rated at accommodating loads of not less than 400 kg/sq. m. The height of

single-level platforms shall not exceed 0.22 m. The pitch of stairs shall be not

more than 1:1; with tread width of not less than 25 cm, and step height of not more

than 22 cm. Stair flights and staircase landings shall be not less than 0.9 m wide.

Winding, circular etc. stairs shall be prohibited. Floor level differences in way of

the routes shall be spaced not less than three steps or a ramp apart, with a pitch

of not more than 1:6. Doors (or doorways) shall be not less than 0.8 m wide (1.1 m

for areas accommodating 50 and more persons) and not less than 1.9 m high. The

headroom in way of stand escape route, also where additional facilities are fitted,

shall be not less than 2.2 m.

17. Where furniture, service equipment, exhibition and other equipment have to be

arranged inside makeshift units, at exhibition stands (including up-market stands)

and at other temporary facilities, passageways to major escape routes (passageways

between stands) and to (stand) emergency exits shall be provided. Minimum

passageway width shall be not less than 1.2 metres. .

18. In order to verify safe evacuation of people and ensure fire safety of the site

to be built-up, e.g. a two-storey stand to accommodate an estimated number of

visitors of over 50 persons, fire risk analysis shall be carried out in conformity

with provisions of clause 5.20 of the Construction Code of Practice, and part 2 of

article 6 of Federal Act FZ-123, Technical Regulations for Fire Safety

Requirements.

19. A company contracted for installation of temporary facilities (exhibition

stands, makeshift units, stage facilities, roll-up pavilions and other facilities)

shall ensure attractive appearance of walls and partitions bordering on passageways

where the event (exhibition) visitors are likely to be present, by way of

decorative finish, displays, etc. The partitions and walls of rooms, facilities,

exhibition stands bordering on the neighbouring spaces shall be coloured white.

Interior rooms, pavilions, equipment pertaining to EXPOFORUM Centre may not be

damaged, soiled or otherwise altered. Paint coating, papering and covering of the

surfaces of walls and equipment pertaining to EXPOFORUM Centre with stickers shall

be prohibited. Posts and pillars located in the built-up area may be concealed up

to a permitted height of the structure provided that these are not damaged

therewith.

20. Where a footing or exhibition ramp has to be installed, the same shall be

fitted above floor level. Excavation or trench work shall be prohibited. Paint

coating of pavilion floors and roadway paving in open spaces shall be prohibited.

21. Where a mortar has to be used, the same shall be mixed and applied to metal,

plastic sheets or tarpaulin. Applying mortar to pavilion floors and roadway paving

shall be prohibited.

22. Oil and similar substances, where getting on the surface of floors or roadway

paving, shall immediately be removed. Carpets and carpet flooring shall be laid in

conformity with provisions of safety requirements and may not project outside the

job-site. Only polyethylene or polypropylene adhesive tape may be used for carpet

to floor or roadway paving bonding. The said materials may not leave any marks on

the surface.

23. Where loose materials (soil, sand, etc.) have to be used, access manholes or

openings in pavilions and in open spaces pertaining to EXPOFORUM Centre shall be

covered and protected against soiling. In case of dusting, dust shall be removed by

appropriate means.

24. Only a limited number of structures and equipment pieces may be hung from metal

structures of EXPOFORUM Centre’s pavilion roofing. Hanging of structures and facilities shall be carried out by Art Festival Ltd. in conformity with the

respective request and the drawings approved by the technical management board of

EF-International Ltd. Maximum allowable limit for roof beam load in pavilions shall

not exceed the values specified in the Performance Specifications of the

International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

25. When elaborating a working design as far as artwork styling of stands, rooms and facilities is concerned, the contractor shall make sure that all lettering applied to the walls, as well as logos and company names, do not project outside the allowed height of the structures and look attractive from all view points. 26. The use of slow-motion playback displays and sound effects, like music playback, may be allowed provided that the same do not cause inconvenience to people in neighbouring spaces and do not drown out public address announcements. Maximum permissible loudness level at the edge of a space shall be 70 dB, the sound sources (speakers) to be turned to face inside the space in reference. .

27. Where the respective working design has to be elaborated and a two-storeyexhibition stands, units and facilities have to be installed, the second floorshall be built so as to accommodate the bearing load as follows:

400 kg/sq. m where the 2nd floor areas are used;

horizontal load on balustrades and railing on the upper edge of the railingpertaining to the upper floor’s bearing walls at a height of 1.10 m from the upperedge to floor shall be rated at 100 kg/m;

load carrying capacity of steps shall be not less than 500 kg/sq. m;28. Reliability of a two-storey structure shall be verified by the relevantanalyses.29. The design of units, facilities, roll-up pavilions to be set up in open spacesof EXPOFORUM Centre shall be capable of sustaining wind load caused by the air flowrate of up to 30 m/s. Structural calculations shall also make provisions for otherclimatic effects and loads in conformity with SP (=Construction Regulations)20.13330.2011, Loads and Impacts.30. In pursuance of elaborating the respective working design and installingexhibition stands, units and facilities in pavilions and in open spaces pertainingto EXPOFORUM Centre, the contractor shall ensure maximum allowable limit fordistributed floor load as specified in the Performance Specifications of theInternational Convention & Exhibition Centre.31. EXIT illuminated indicators shall be fitted in all enclosed makeshift units,stands, facilities (regardless of the number of people present there), as well asin spaces accommodating 50 and more persons at a time, above emergency exits; aboveemergency exits from the building’s floors, leading directly outside or to a safe area. Evacuation signs shall be fitted (at a height of 2 m) to indicate the direction in corridors more than 50 m long. Fire safety evacuation signs shall be fitted along the entire length of the corridors at a distance of not more than 25 m from one another, and where the corridor bends. 32. Electric cables, water and sewer hoses laid in passageways shall be covered by protective ducts or bridging boards. 33. When performing building-up and makeshift units assembling as well as when hanging temporary structures it is not allowed to work changes of spatial planning decisions due to which conditions for safe evacuation of people worsen, access to fire-extinguishers, fire cocks and other means of fire safety becomes limited or action area of automatic fire protection system (automatic fire-alarm system, stationary automatic sprinkler system, smoke exhaust system, emergency voice alarm communication system).

When assembling continuous suspended ceilings and other structures which will separate particular new temporary spaces inside the pavilions of EXPOFORUM Centre

(premises, halls, areas, stands etc.) or will block upstream equipments of automatic fire protection systems, spaces under these ceilings and structures shall be protected with additional automatic fire protection systems depending on the regulation requirements (including: with automatic fire alarm system and (or) fire extinguishing units (including modular type) accordingly).

It is allowed not to make available the specified additional automatic fire protection systems where: ceiling or other structures will have perforative cyclical structure with perforation holes in terms of area not less than 40% of the ceiling or other structures area, in addition the minimum size of each perforation hole at any section shall be not less than 10 mm and the thickness of ceiling or other structure shall not exceed more than three times the minimal size of perforation nest.

When the distance from the ceiling to the top of makeshift walls, partitions, exhibition or other structures is 0.6 m and less, it is necessary to make available additional fire alarms of automatic fire alarm system.

Hanging of structures and facilities shall not block the action area of automatic fire protection system equipment. .
