1 ZEUS Superior kW Wall-mounted boilers with built-in storage tank 1 FEATURES Wall-mounted, fan assisted sealed chamber for heating and the production of domestic hot water with 60 litre storage tank. Nominal heat output of 24 kW (20,640 kcal/h), 28 kW (24,080 kcal/h) or 31.7 kW (27,250 kcal/h). e boiler classification varies according to the type of installation. OUTDOOR INSTALLATION(in a partially protected area): Appliance with direct air intake - if installed using a relevant exhaust terminal and compulsory upper cover kit option, also eliminating the upper cap of the sealed chamber. C 12 / C 32 appliance - if installed using the vertical or horizontal concentric kits, without obligation to use the upper covering kit. INDOOR INSTALLATION: Type C 12 / C 32 / C 42 / C 52 / C 82 appliance - if installed using the vertical or horizontal concentric kits of the separator kits Ø 80/80. e boiler is composed of: • main multigas 11 ramp air intake burner (mod. 24 kW), 13 ramps (mod. 28 kW) or 15 ramps (mod. 32 kW) in stainless steel with ignition and detection electrodes; • electric double shutter gas valve with incorporated gas coil; • high performance main copper gas/water exchanger, composed of four pipes connected in series inserted into a lamellar battery protected by an anti-corrosive alloy; • steel plate combustion chamber insulated internally with ceramic fibres; • stainless steel plate combustion chamber with self-adapting fan depending on the extension of fume extraction with fumes flow meter to verify correct operation of the fan and the flue gas/air extraction unit; • stainless steel 60 litre storage tank, flanged and insulated using self- extinguishing polystyrene. It is equipped with a stainless steel water- water exchanger wound in double concentric coil and is equipped with a draining valve. Domestic water circuit expansion vessel with 3.5 bar pre-load; • hydraulic group composed of an electric 3-way valve, an adjustable speed circulation pump with incorporated air separating device, adjustable by-pass, absolute pressure switch for the primary circuit, system draining valve, system filling valve; • 10 litre (real 7.1) system expansion vessel with 1.0 bar pre-load and manometer, 3 bar primary circuit safety valve and 8 bar storage tank safety valve; • over-heating safety thermostat; control panel with Stand-by/On function, operating mode button (Summer/Winter), domestic water precedence temporary inhibition button, Reset/exit from programming menu button, programming menu entry button/data confirmation, heating temperature selector button, domestic hot water temperature selector button; • micro processor circuit board with 2 sensor continual flame modulation (domestic hot water and heating) with P.I.D. control, with range of modulation: - ZEUS 24 kW from 24 to 9.3 kW (from 20,640 to 8,000 kcal/h), - ZEUS 28 kW from 28 a 11.8 kW (from 24,080 to 10,148 kcal/ h), - ZEUS 32 kW from 31.7 a 12.5 kW (from 27,250 to 10,750 kcal/ h); • self-diagnosis system with status and anomaly display on back-lit digital screen; • setting of boiler operation parameters using buttons and selector switches with status and anomaly display on back-lit digital screen; • ignition delay in heating phase, anti-freeze protection system (to -5°C), pump anti-blocking function, post-operating fan function, chimney sweep function, circulation pump operating mode selection; preparation for the connection of Super CAR, CAR, chronothermostat, external probe and the control unit for zone-based systems (all optional); • electronic ignition with ionisation control; IPX5D electrical protection level.
