- Technology has played a huge role in the further development of globalization.

- If public administrative processes are not brought into the globalization process then unethical issues may continue to develop.

- Political and bureaucratic power is influenced by the different levels of government.

- The different levels include federal, state, and local government.

- The power is divided to avoid the form a type of tyranny structured government.

Ethical Behavior Concerns

- Capitalism occasionally influences unethical actions.

- This is due to the desire to achieve certain goals and actions on the business front.

- This can be reduced if public administrative polices are sprinkled into the equation.

The Components of the Bargaining Process

- This is defined as the process of talking to employers and making arguments with employers when workers are unsatisfied with pay and working conditions.

- Comparative administrative programs need to be implemented to properly gain influence from other nations when seeking to bargain.

Becoming a Public Policy

- Globalization has become a public policy and needs to be focused on because of the current state of technology and what it always us to do.

- Issues can be address relating to greed and capitalism within globalization by gathering international input relating to the issue and involving public administrative processes.
