ABOUT US In the inception, the company were manufacturing compressor's all kind of spare parts for various OEMs in 1975s.

In the beginning of 1995, the company has started its own manufacturing as brand "JK Pneumatics" for various types of Air Compressors, Vacuum Pumps and its spare parts within range of 1 to 20 HP. Then, company converted in to Private Limited in 2005, and presently satisfying its clients with the name "ZEN AIR TECH PRIVATE LIMITED" under brand name "ZEN AIR".

After long research and market survey, we know about the importance of the bottles like soda bottle, wine bottles etc.

Especially for pet industries in 2006, after a long research and tested by high class equipments, we introduce Booster air compressor which is a customized product according to the customers requirement of high CFM (50 to 280)at high pressure (30 to 40 Bar).

Available in the range of 10Bar to 40Bar pressure.

In 2015,we introduced 175H2 @ 500Psig which provides 44CFM .

In market,no options are available with the customers as he has to use 500 Psig if blow molding machine is still having two cavity to blow water bottle which require only 255-285 Psig pressure.

In 2013, we made new invention by introducing 175H3 @355 Psig which provides 54CFM in both versions

- Water cooled- Air cooled Inter cooling and water cooled After cooling system

with Electrical panel in both ASSC & CSC Mode.
