Star chef Herrmann Pflaum is working with KAPP pressure cookers for a couple of years now:

„Simple handling as well as impressive preparation are the major characteristics of the KAPP pressure cookers.

Shoulder of venison for a 20 person menu for instance can be prepared in those cookers in short time. Due to the closed circuit, the meat remains much more juicy than in a conventional oven.

Shorter cooking times lead - besides the gentle processing of the products - to a not neglectable saving of time and energy. For catering business the cookers can be easily transported due to the her-metically sealed lid and food stays hot resp. warm for a reasonable time.“

The pressure cookers are characterized by their easy but first and foremost by their safe handling. Simple handling, easy to use mechanism, secure locking system guarantee fast and even cooking. The pressure cooker has four independent safety valves to prevent any insecure opening before all the pressure is released.This can be quick and comfortably be decreased by the installed valve. The lids can be purchased separately. The pots are available in three different sizes. A label inside the pots marks the max. filling height.
