We are planning the development of a mixed-use complex which will be comprised of a bank on the ground floor, hotel, and office space, on a 2 acre parcel (200 feet frontage x 400 feet depth) across the street from the Gulfstream Race Track in Hallandale. Our architects and engineers have done detailed archictectural studies and preliminary plans that have been reviewed by the local governments for which are ready to be prepared for formal review.
