Correction- replaced rear wiring harness with updated design

Complaint- cold star noise

Cause- leaking tensioner hydraulics, loose idler bearing and cracked belt

Correction- replaced components

2005 Ford Explorer

Complaint- suspension noise, noise while breaking

Cause- loose upper ball joints, worn rotors and pads

Correction- replaced components

2010 Honda CRV

Complaint- pulling at highway speeds, uneven tire wear

Cause- worn tires and mis-alignment

Correction- replaced tires and performed 4WA

2003 Ford Explorer

Complaint- noise at speed

Cause- worn wheel bearing

Correction- replaced hub assembly

2013 Ford F-150

Complaint- driver window not working

Cause- broken window regulator cable

Correction- replaced window regulator

2016 Honda Civic

Complaint- XM radio not working

Cause- audio software

Correction-found relevant SB, Updated Audio Unit Software

2001 Honda Accord

Complaint- poping noise when turning

Cause- loose upper ball joint

Correction- replaced upper control arm assembly

2008 VW GTI

Complaint- uneven brake pad wear

Cause- seized brake caliper and leaking brake line

Correction- replaced caliper and fabricated replacement line.

2008 Ford Expedition

Complaint- passenger wiper not working

Cause-broken wiper transmission joint

Correction-replaced wiper motor and transmission assembly

2001 Honda Civic

Complaint- head lights not working

Cause- Found burnt wires at MF switch.

Correction- found relevant SB, replaced burnt wiring and replaced connector

2004 Ford Explorer

Complaint- clunking noise front front end

Cause- Loose drive shaft CV and universal joints

Correction- replaced components
