YSoft SafeQ Instant Edition

It’s particularly suitable for print volume monitoring and copying for four or more devices. The Instant Edition is not limited to a specific number of users and/or devices. Therefore, you can connect to the server any number of network printers, copiers, multi-functional devices and local printers.

YSoft SafeQ Enterprise Edition is a print solution designed for business with the highest demands on system accessibility and stability. This edition includes everything that a YSoft SafeQ solution can offer. In comparison to the Professional Edition, the Enterprise Edition for instance provides clustering and load balancing features.

YSoft SafeQ Professional Edition is the prevailing and best-selling YSoft SafeQ edition on the European market. This edition fits medium-sized and large companies, schools and project design companies. This product includes almost everything that YSoft SafeQ can offer.

YSoft SafeQ Embedded Platform offers convenient and user-friendly enhancement that covers all basic aspects and needs of modern print environments integrated with the latest Konica Minolta MFPs. The solu-tion is designed to be easy to use for common users, easy to deploy and very easy to maintain for IT admin-istrators. The major focus has been to reduce total costs of ownership of the solution as much as possible.

YSoft SafeQ Embedded offers built-in: MFP panel integrated authentication of users (including access by card), role-based function access (print, copy, scan, colour, …) differentiation, tracking and exact accounting of every user action and all convenience-oriented tools such as pull-printing with Follow Me (possibility to select and print the document on all available MFPs), favourite/hot jobs or one-click “scan to my email” tool. The YSoft SafeQ system is completed by two different hardware components that are customised to deal with various user requests, but still share one primary aim: offering utmost simple and functional operation.

YSoft SafeQ Recharging Station

The YSoft SafeQ Recharging Station for coins/ban-knotes devices is intended for recharging the accounts within the YSoft SafeQ module. The biggest advantage is 24-hour operation and complete self-service. The device has a robust design and is wall mounted. The cash, either coins or banknotes, is immediately added to the credit account of the user.

YSoft SafeQ Terminals Professional

YSoft SafeQ Terminal Professional offers a well-arranged touch screen display with 320 x 240 pixel definition, which significantly simplifies and extends operational possibilities. Terminal Professional offers the choice of print or copy-ing, selected job print, job deleting, favourite jobs, project accounting, PIN authorization, card authori-zation, and combinations thereof.
