The Face Behind the Brand

Before going into the background, its important to know for whom the grant request is being made. Meet Elder John W. Isom, the face behind The U-Can! Man, LLC; the reason so many are inspired each and everyday, the reason so many strive for their best, without giving up, and always believing they can succeed. He is the founder, creator, and CEO of the U-Can Man brand.2The U-Can! Man Start UpJohn Isom joined the Army in 1982. He spent 25 years in the service. During that time, he married Karen Isom, who became a board member of the U-Can! Man, LLC., he became a father of 5, he began teaching Sunday school, and he worked as a teacher/instructor in the Army Recruiting and Retention School. All these tasks helped John Isom develop the U-Can! concept. He brought it to fruition following his military retirement.

The mission of the U-Can! Man, LLC. is built upon and based on core Christian values. Those values and vision are shared with those of The Vine and Branches Foundation, Inc., making it the perfect funding partner for the U-Can organization. Elder John Isom lives his life in Jesus Christ, and he lets others know that they can do they same. He and the U-Can! Man organization spread that faith and knowledge everyday by letting others know U-Can! He recites scripture effortlessly, bringing comfort to any who needs it, without any hesitation, second thought, judgment, or condescension. 5Established NeedQUESTIONS..Why does The U-Can! Man, LLC need grant assistance from The Vine and Branches Foundation?

Who would benefit from the received funds?

6Answers..The U-Can! Man, LLC. Is continuously trying to provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to youth in South GA and throughout Florida (hopefully to expand). Funding would allow the organization to obtain and distribute needed materials, as well as bring in more help. When able, the organization would be able to travel to other churches and venues, to provide motivational outreach services.

Answers continued.The two organizations share core values. That will be kept in mind, and programs will be established, and events will be held, all while maintaining the Christian faith that is at the core of the Vine and Branches Foundation, as well as the U-Can! Man, LLC.

These programs will help to assist youth, families, and married couples.

If anyone can carry out the mission of both The U-Can! Man, LLC and the Vine and Branches Foundation, it is John Isom, Founder of The U-Can! Man, LLC. He spent 25 years serving our country. During that time, he was a teacher and mentor to young recruits. He even earned the Mentor of the Year Award in Jacksonvilles Army Recruiting Battalion, 1992. After 22 years of marriage, he has a lot to offer in the way of wisdom and advise, to other married couples. Being a father of 5, a licensed minister, an ordained elder, Sunday school teacher.he has experience with youth groups, and can encourage them, and bring them the word of God, just as the foundation requests. His educational background is expanding everyday. Currently he is working to complete his undergrad degree, and will begin his masters work in social work, soon after. Life experience coupled with educational experience, qualifies Elder John Isom and The U-Can! Man, LLC to provide needed services and encouragement through motivational speaking and mentoring.9Success is OursWe all have what it takes to succeed. We just have to know that we can.
