DESCRIPTION
The U.S. Department of Labor holds training events each year to help train its grantees in various skills. I've been invited to speak on social media on several occasions, including the YouthBuild 2013 event in Boston. I presented What is #CareerGravity; an introduction to the new landscape for job seeking and talent management. Just as social media has fundamentally changed online marketing, it has also transformed the job market.
