LETS FEEL THE EARTH MOVE IN HONG KONG
At 800M, the mid-levels escalator is the world’s longest covered outdoor escalator, consisting 20
separate escalators and 3 moving pavements.
This was built in 1994 to cut down excessive trafic that was building up due to the narrow streets in
the area. This system runs all over Soho, a very
fashionable district with bars, cafe and restaurants.
So there you have it, the Mid-levels escalator is
a fantastic way to get uphill without getting into a
sweat.

sell one type of product on a single street. Mong Kok has
entire streets and street sections dedicated to the sale of
goldish, lowers, birds, clothings, accessories, kitchen-
ware and wedding dresses.
It is also a food paradise where you can ind loads of local snacks, such as Pineapple Buns, Egg Tarts and Fishballs! These are foods you cannot leave Hong Kong without
