by the intake coordinator or consultant

They are typically done at the office

The intake packet is read and signed by youth, caseworker, and parent

This is a great time to connect with the family and caseworker, get contact information and set up first meeting.

Youth is usually not happy, be encouraging and reassuring. Include youth as much as possible. Do not talk about youth like they are not there.
