Navigate to www.coloraccredita0on.com Click: «Sign up here» in the le. menu or click: «Start your registra0on here» in the top right corner (on the top of Mont Everest)

So8ware: Mark the check box «I want to sign up for cer0fica0on» and click «select system». Cer0fica0on: Mark the check box «I want to sign up for cer0fica0on», select the program you want to register for and click «Yes» to con*nue.

SELECT A CERTIFICATION OR SOFTWARE
Select your company type Complete company and user details Enter any password & verify Set «Last Accredita0on Date», if unknown you can leave this field empty Click the «Submit» buVon

FOR CERTIFICATION Enter operator name and email For addi*onal operators, click «Add Operator» Select your equipment type Complete the details For addi*onal Equipment, click «Add Equipment» A.er comple*ng all operators and equipment, click «Submit for Review»

FOR SOFTWARE Click the «Select» buVon for your selec*on (example here is ColorWarehouse for Nike). Note: The Set-‐Up fee of USD 250.-‐ is only charged 1x the first *me you select this so.ware. An addi*onal line will appear, showing your selec*on. Click «Pay here» to proceed (remember to have your credit card ready).

Registra0on complete You will receive an email by support@na*fic.com (please enable this address). If you registered for a so8ware and need to set up your PC or make a so8ware configura0on Once your payment has been verified from PayPal to na*fic, our IT support team will contact you to schedule an online webinar. This to set up your PC so it is connected to your Spectrophotometer (please connect this PC to the Internet) or make a so.ware configura*on.

Navigate to www.coloraccredita0on.com Login with your Username & Password. In case you don’t remember your password click «Forgot your Password?» and follow the info, your password will be send by email immediately.

CHAPTER 5 Change Your Registra0on
CHANGE COMPANY, USER, OR PASSWORD To make changes in your registra*on, log in and click «Manage your profile»

CHANGE COMPANY DETAILS Click «Company Details», change your details, then click «Update»

CHANGE USER DETAILS Click «User Details», change your details, then click «Update»

CHANGE PASSWORD Click «Change Password», enter current password, your new password and confirm your new passwords, then click «Update»

ADD NEW USER, UPDATE USER OR DELETE USER You are able to administrate (add, update and delete) your internal users. Please note that you are only able to administrate users created a.er November 1st 2014. To make changes in your company’s registra*on, log in and click «Manage Company Users» Add a subscrip0on to a new user If you need to add a subscrip*on to a new user, please create the user first. Once you have created the user, login using the email address and password of the user and select a subscrip*on. Read this before dele0ng a user Dele*ng a user means that the user cannot login into any na*fic system such as ColorWarehouse, ASAP, M3K, coloraccredita*on.com. Only delete a user if you are sure this user is not in use. If you are uncertain or need help, contact support@na*fic.com. na*fic's standard support fee will be applied if your account needs to be repaired.

ADD NEW USER Click «Add new user» Fill out the form using a valid email address of the user that you want to create and click «Create User» Once the user has been created you will be transferred to the user overview page. Here you will find your new user.

UPDATE EXISTING USER Locate the user you wish to update and click «Edit» Update the informa*on as needed and click «Update»

DELETE USER Locate the user you wish to delete and click «Edit» Click «Delete User» Tick the check box and click «Delete User», the user will now be deleted

CHAPTER 6 Cer0fica0on
To go to your cer*fica*ons, log in and click «My Accredita0on»

ADD A NEW CERTIFICATION Click «New accredita0on request» and proceed with required informa*on

RENEW YOUR CERTIFICATION Click «Select» for the accredita*on type you wish to renew

ADD, CHANGE, OR DELETE OPERATOR AND EQUIPMENT Click «Add Operator» or «Add Equipment» To change any details: click «Edit», make the changes, click «Update» (the «Edit» buVon will now display «Update») To delete any details: click «Delete»

Save your updates Check the box, click «Submit for review» Click «Log off» Your changes are updated!

DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE & REPORT Click on «Document(s) found» Click on «Download», save the files on your computer and print out the Cer*ficate(s)

CHAPTER 7 So8ware Subscrip0on

There are 3 sec0ons of available subscrip0ons: 1. Your Current Subscrip*ons – List of the so.ware that you have selected, and if it is ACTIVE or PAID,
subscrip*on date, month to expira*on, price and your invoice download link
2. Buy new Subscrip*on – List of all available so.ware subscrip*ons offered
3. Expired/Inac*ve Subscrip*ons – List of your so.ware subscrip*ons that are EXPIRED

Subscribe to a new so8ware if your so8ware has or is about to expire Select the same so.ware subscrip*on in the list of available subscrip*ons by clicking «Buy new Subscrip0on». You will be redirected to a new site where you click «Pay here». You will then be directed to PayPal to proceed with your payment. Please note, you can use your so.ware license only when the payment is completed and your subscrip*on is validated with a new expira*on *me.

Pay a selected but not yet paid so8ware If you do not pay your new so.ware immediately, you will find it in «Your Current Subscrip0ons». Click «Pay here» to proceed with your payment. CHAPTER 8 Payment and Your Invoices
PAY BY PAYPAL Click «My So8ware Subscrip0on» In the area “Your Current Subscrip*on”, click «Pay here»

CONT. PAY BY PAYPAL Click on the blue link that connects you to the PayPal site, you will be redirected automa*cally. Important: If you close your website at this stage, you must wait un*l na*fic support send you the creden*als. You must then access your account again and go to «My So8ware Subscrip0ons» and finalize your payment by following the blue link from PayPal («Pay here»).

CONT. PAY BY PAYPAL Proceed with your payment at this PayPal site. If you don’t already have a PayPal account please go to “Don’t have a PayPal account?” to create an account, then proceed with your payment. Once you have finished the payment, PayPal will process your payment. Please note that it may take a few hours un*l your so.ware is released. You will get a copy of your invoice to download and print in your account at «My So8ware Subscrip0ons» (see “Download your Invoice).

DOWNLOAD YOUR INVOICES Click «My So8ware Subscrip0ons» Click «View Invoice» to view and download your invoice. A new windows pops up, you can print the invoice now (le.-‐click mouse).
