Rhinoplay play equipment is built to last for many years using quality materials and production techniques. Our products are supported by our warranty so that customers can purchase with confidence knowing their investment in quality will deliver value year after year.

All major structural frame posts.All fabricated steel components, fasteners, roto-molded, HDPE sheet plastics, steel reinforced rope.

Polycarbonate plastics, perforated steel

All other products supplied and installed by Rhinoplay.

EXCLUSIONS:

Cosmetic issues such as fading, crazing, discolouration.Defects caused by lack of maintenance such as missed scheduled maintenance.Continued use of products after suspecting or discovering a defect.Vandalism, negligence, abuse, accidents, improper use, improper installation by others, normal wear and tear.Products being tampered with or altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than Rhinoplay.Defects caused by the dismantling and relocation of equipment from its original site.Products installed within 500m of water receive half the standard warranty and are not covered for corrosion.The warranty is only valid if products have been installed according to instructions provided by Rhinoplay and maintained in accordance with Australian Standards AS 3533.2:2009, AS 4685.0:2017
