ADVENTURES AT HOME. ADVENTURES ABROAD.What better way to KNOW the world than to SEE the world? At UW-Green Bay you
will join nearly 200 fellow students who will study abroad in 2018-2019. Last year,
163 students studied abroad in 15 countries, taking their dreams to points around
the world and returning with a new perspective and a deeper understanding of the
world around them.
Whether you are studying for an entire year overseas, or taking a two-week trip
between semesters, your study abroad experience will be noticed by employers and
open the door to new opportunities for you.

I decided to study for a semester at
Marburg University in Hessen, Germany.
My experience studying abroad gave
me a better understanding of German
language and culture, and helped me
to excel in a culture different from my
own. UW-Green Bay helped make
my dream of studying in a different
country possible! I have now accepted
a job with the Federal Emergency
Management Agency, working with
AmeriCorps, and focusing on
emergency management and
human security.
WHY STUDY ABROAD?• See the world and experience other cultures
• Strengthen your foreign language skills
• Gain an international and intercultural experience that is
attractive to employers
• Have the adventure of a lifetime!

CAMPUS SAFETY A PRIORITYUW-Green Bay is a welcoming, safe, inclusive community — a place where students feel secure. The University is invested in the safety of every student, faculty and staff member on our campus and employs sworn police officers who patrol campus 24/7. We are proud of our campus safety record.
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires colleges and universities make available a combined Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Safety Report which includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes on campus and closely related locations. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault and other matters. You may obtain this information for UW-Green Bay at http://www.uwgb.edu/publicsafety/Annualsecurityfiresafetyreport.pdf. A printed copy of the report may be obtained by writing to Office of Public Safety, Instructional Services, Room 1024, 2420 Nicolet Drive Green Bay, WI 54311-7001, or by calling 920-465-2300.
