Magnificently beautiful, this manicured lawn is lined with coconut palms and Hawaiian thatched-roof hales. The view

overlooks Wailea Beach and glorious Maui sunsets. Suitable for a wedding ceremony and/or dinner reception for

up to 200 guests. Outdoor celebrations must conclude by 10:00 pm.

Secluded and very romantic, this setting is nestled along the edge of the Four Seasons sculpture garden. A natural arbor

of plumeria trees enhances the beauty. Spectacular views showcase the cascading fountains, the Pacific Ocean and the

Kahalawai Mountains. Suitable for a ceremony with a maximum of 50 guests.

This lush garden location offers the dramatic backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and the Kahalawai Mountains. Scents of the

surrounding plumeria trees fill the air, as guests enjoy the serenity of the sculpture garden. Suitable for a ceremony with

a maximum of 100 guests.

This covered terrace offers a truly elegant atmosphere. Large louvered doors border the terrace on two sides, creating

a sense of privacy and framing the views of cascading fountains and swaying palms. Low walls on the other two sides serve

as pedestals for expansive floral and candle arrangements. Suitable for a reception with up to 60 guests.


Please do note that special rates may not be offered for Mountain Side,

Club Level or Maile Suite accommodations or in conjunction with other

room rate promotions or packages.

featuring many Hawaiian healing plants that have also been

planning your wedding dayFour Seasons Resort Maui is proud to host only one wedding ceremony per day for an exclusive Four Seasons wedding experience. Dates are available on a first come basis. Please contact the wedding office directly to check available dates for your wedding celebration. Once a wedding date has been confirmed available, please fill out the wedding agreement with your selected package. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the date.

Wedding Manager ServicesYour Wedding Manager will be your primary contact, taking you through every step of the wedding planning process – from selecting and reserving a date to designing your menu, selecting your flowers, planning the schedule of events on your wedding day and the event itself. You can relax while your Wedding Manager orchestrates the wedding of your dreams.

Arranging the Marriage LicenseA Maui marriage license costs $70, payable in cash directly to the marriage licensing agent. Both bride and groom must be in attendance at the marriage license office with valid photo identification. Your Wedding Manager will be pleased to arrange your appointment, as well as transportation to and from the marriage license office.

Additional Wedding EventsMany couples choose to celebrate their wedding over the course of an entire week. To enhance your wedding celebrations, Four Seasons Resort Maui offers many event options, including a rehearsal luau or dinner, spa bridal shower, wedding party golf excursion, a champagne welcome reception, a sunset sail or a post-wedding brunch for your guests to enjoy.

MenusAt Four Seasons Resort Maui, we pride ourselves on our culinary creativity. We are pleased to custom-design a menu that will suit your specific needs – from a rehearsal luau or bridal shower luncheon to a spectacular evening celebration.

Wedding CakeOur talented in-house Pastry Chef will create a customized wedding cake in the flavor you desire. If you have a photo of a special cake, the Pastry Chef will be happy to prepare that cake for you.

Plated Meal SelectionsFor banquet functions, we request that, for each course, you choose one item for all guests. A choice of two entrées may be offered at an additional cost of $10 per person. The higher price of the two entrées will be charged for all in attendance. A final count of each entrée should be provided in advance, as well as a seating chart.

Meal SubstitutionIt is our intent to accommodate any requests due to dietary restrictions. These requests must be provided 72 business hours prior to the function. Requests received within the 72-hour time period will be accommodated at an additional charge over and above the guaranteed number of meals.

Food and Beverage RestrictionsPlease note that all food and beverage items must be purchased exclusively from Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea and consumed in the designated function areas. Four Seasons is the only licensed authority to serve and sell alcoholic beverages on the grounds; therefore, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the Resort property.

Service Charge and TaxAll food and beverage prices are subject to a 6% administrative fee and 16% banquet service charge. All charges are subject to Hawaii State Tax, currently 4.166%. Hawaii State Tax will be added to all food, beverage, labor, administrative fee, service charge and miscellaneous item charges.

Presentation Services AudiovisualAudiovisual equipment is obtained through PSAV, located at the Resort.

SecurityThe Resort will not be responsible for the damage or loss of any equipment or articles left in the Resort prior to, during, or following a banquet function. Arrangements must be made in advance for security of exhibits, merchandise, valuables or articles set up for display.

Storage/PackagesAll incoming packages should be addressed with the name of the Wedding Manager handling your event, the name of wedding party and the dates of the event. Please advise us of large shipments in advance, as it may be necessary to arrange storage at the client’s expense.

Package SubstitutionsIn order to maintain our high standards of quality and service, we uphold the integrity of our wedding packages. Each couple must purchase a wedding package in order to secure the opportunity to be married on property and utilize Four Seasons coordination services. We do not allow substitutions within the packages, but enhancements may be added.

Exclusive VendorsFour Seasons Resort Maui provides a full-service Wedding Department, including coordinators. Your Wedding Manager will book all vendors directly from a preferred vendor list, including but not limited to entertainment, floral design and additional décor.

GuaranteeA guaranteed guest count is required at least 72 business hours prior to the function. We will set up and prepare for up to 5% over your guaranteed guest count for functions of 100 people or more. You will be charged for your guaranteed guest count or your actual guest attendance, whichever is greater. If we are not advised of a guaranteed count, the tentative number of guests will become the guaranteed count.

Should your guaranteed guest count be significantly less than your tentative guest count, the hotel reserves the right to reassign the function to a more suitable location.

There will be a minimum fee of $300 for all meal functions with guarantee of 35 people or less.
