LATE OR INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Promotion is open to Authorized Kohler generator dealers who are over the age of 18 and legal residents of the U.S. or Canada, excluding residents of Quebec. If any of the ten (10) generators purchased are returned to Kohler after the trip package is redeemed, then the recipient shall reimburse Kohler for the value of the trip package. The Kohler Experience is a trip for two (2) to Kohler, Wisconsin to spend two (2) nights at The Inn on Woodlake. Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near dealer’s home to Milwaukee, Wisconsin (not to exceed $500 per round trip ticket), two (2) nights accommodations at The Inn on Woodlake, (single room, double occupancy), a choice of one round of championship golf at the Whistling Straits course determined by Kohler (for two) or two spa treatments. Dealer will also be taken on a tour to meet KOHLER Generator personnel and view the factories. Trip must take place in October (October 8–10, October 23–25, or October 29–31). Travel must be round-trip and all travelers must travel on same itinerary. Kohler will determine airline and flight itinerary at its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel plans cannot be changed once booked. Reservations are subject to availability. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of recipient, including but not limited to taxes, gratuities, airline baggage fees, insurance, meals outside of The American Club® Resort, beverages, service charges, room service, telephone calls, in-room movies, and incidental expenses at the resort. If travel companion is a minor (as determined by his/her province or territory of residence), recipient must be minor’s parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor as applicable. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Dealer and travel companion are responsible for ensuring that all travel papers required for travel to the applicable destination are valid, in good order, and sufficient for the trip. Lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting any ticket prize, recipient agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Kohler is not responsible if recipient does not redeem some or all of the trip package. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 US dollars. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Dealer and travel companion must provide a valid major credit card upon hotel check-in to cover costs incurred above and beyond the standard room rate (i.e. damages). Trip package is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Kohler’s sole discretion. Kohler reserves the right to substitute the trip package for one of equal or greater value if the designated trip package should become unavailable for any reason. All claims will be void if received after Sept. 18, 2013. Kohler distributors, wholesalers, e-tailers and retailers are not eligible. Valid only on 8.5RES to 150ERES generators.
