Benchmarking in 2014

Summary: Overall Deficiencies

Deficiencies

There is no uniform architecture notation in most organizations.

The scope of business architecture documentation is predominantly

limited to business operations.

The integration of EAM into corporate planning and governance is only

rudimentary developed.

Despite considerable investments in tools, analysis support (e.g., for

complexity measurements) remains rather limited.

Architecture reporting is weakly developed thus far.
