1 Check the number of weeks available to you

Your personal use entitlement is shown on the booking schedule on the “Holiday entitlement” page. It is expressed as a number of weeks (a week being Saturday to Saturday.) Your holiday entitlement may be used during the current year until the 30/11/2017 at the latest, depending on the opening dates of the residences and the terms of your lease.Unused weeks may not be carried forward to the following year.

2 Choose your holiday datesYou can choose your high, medium and low season holiday dates with the help of your residence’s reservation calendar.Please note that the calendar can vary from one year to the next according to school holidays in particular.

3 Complete your reservation formsTwo copies of the form will be sent to you by e-mail, the first for your winter use requests, the second for your summer use requests.

Each copy has several lines to complete so that you can enter your personal use weeks in high, medium and low season. You must complete a separate line for each week requested, taking care to enter your arrival date.You can’t take your occupancy week on the same arrival date.

Accordingly, for a holiday of two consecutive weeks including for example one medium season week and one low season week, you must complete two separate lines.

For exchange requests you must enter the week or weeks concerned in the “exchange” boxes and not in the “personal use” boxes (refer to the exchange program).

Any personal use request forming part of your holiday entitlement, (except exchange request) will be guaranteed provided it reaches us before the dates shown above. Any request received after these dates can only be fulfilled if there is availability.

5 You will receive confirmation of your requests by email

As soon as your request has been dealt with and by no later than : • 1st november 2016 for winter holidays • 15 march 2017 for summer holidays

For each booking you will receive a separate confirmation by email. Bookings cannot be considerated as definitive without the confirmation sent by CGH.Please check that this confirmation corresponds with your requests : dates, type of apartment…Thank you for indicating any dysfunction.No complaint can be considered once past date.

We will deal with exchange and gaining exchange requests later.

6 Your holiday in your residenceWill run from Saturday until the following Saturday, in your own apartment, or in an apartment with identical characteristics (number of rooms and number of beds).Arrival : from 4 pm - Departure : before 10 pm.

The keys to your apartment will be handed over to you only on presentation of your booking confirmation.

We would remind you that if you bring your pet with you, you will be required to pay an extra charge of 60€ per animal per week on your arrival. You have to leave your accomodation before 10am the day of departure.

Owners of parking spaces in the underground car park benefit from a free parking space. In other cases, the cost of parking is 60€ per week or 15€ per night.

For security reasons, maximum number of occupants should be respected children and babies included. In case of non-respect of maximum number of occupants CGH won’t be able to give keys. CGH can’t be hold responsable to not honor the booking. This booking will be consider as a no-show and no transfer will be possible.

7 You may alter your holiday datesNo later than 30 days before the date of the holiday you originally booked. • Your new request will be fulfilled according to availability and your

personal use entitlement.(you can alter your dates only for the same seasonality).

• This alteration will incur a 70€ administration fee and must be confirmed by you by letter or e-mail, including your payment by cheque or credit card.

8 You may add additional nights to your holidaySubject to availability, by getting in touch with the Owners’ Service one week before your holiday.Payment must be made at the time of booking. You will benefit from an owner’s discount of 20% on the accommodation.

9 Unused personal weeksWe would remind you that under the terms of your lease, you cannot claim any compensation or the right to carry forward to future years, should you not use all sub-letting periods defined in your lease during the year in question.

10 You may stay in a bigger apartment than yours in your residenceFor any booking for another type of apartment more than yours, you will pay the difference between your apartment and the bigger one, according to prices indicated in CGH brochure, 90€ as exchange fee.This is subject to a preliminary agreement of the owners’ booking depart-ment and according to availability.

11 Blank periodYour residence needs to be closed for certain periods so that maintenance work may be carried out.No facilities or reception service will be available. Nevertheless, except in exceptional cases of which you will be informed, you may stay in your apartment or a similar apartment depending on what buildings are open and when you are staying.

This is what we call : the Blank Period.The booking conditions are as follows :• Reservation to be made with the Owners’ Service no later than 15

days before the date of your holiday.• A minimum stay of 2 nights available only to owners• You can use 28 days. After that and for a maximum of 56 days, we’ll ask you

to pay a share of the costs (water, electricity...) of 50€ per night payable at time of booking.

• For key collection, if the residence has not contacted you to make a suitable arrangement the week before you arrive, we advise you to check with the Owner’s Service.

We would remind you that during your holidays in the Blank Period, no facilities will be provided, the residence being closed: • Reception closed • Swimming pools, Jacuzzis, Spas Ô des Cimes Centers

closed • Sheets, towels not provided • No end-of-stay cleaning, you may leave the apartment

clean for the following custom • Heating not providedIn case of a late cancellation (less than 7 days before your arrival date) your occupation will still be deducted from your 28 free days.To facilitate your stay, we can propose you following services :

12 CGH · Benefits• In addition to the personal use weeks included in your lease, you benefit from a 20% reduction when you book additional weeks in residences and hotels CGH. This special offer is not accumulative with other discounts. Reservation subject to availability, holiday available to owners and members of their families only. The reservation will be confirmed as soon as the 25% deposit has been received. The balance is payable one month before the holiday with no reminder being issued by ourselves.These bookings are subject to our cancellation conditions.

• Take advantage of the facilities of the Spas Ô des Cimes Centers and enjoy a 15% reduction.

• No security deposit on arrival (except in the case of exchanges).

13 Useful information• Late arrivals : If you expect to arrive late (after 8:00 pm) or during the

week, you must notify the residence as soon as possible to find out the arrangements for key collection.

• Holiday tax : CGH Residences & Spas, as all tourism residences, hotels and camping’s must perceive this tourist tax to pay the municipality, with no remuneration for the services. It is a local tax collected by local government in consequence this amount is changeable depending the village because decided by the city council. Following the holiday tax reform voted by the French Government the owners are now, as our clients subject to this tax and have to pay it during their occupancy weeks, additional weeks and exchange weeks. This amount will be charged to you thus from now on and you will have be to settle it at the reception of your residence from each of your stays.

• End of stay cleaning : the cleaning is made by our teams, except for the kitchen that you may leave clean. If you stay 2 consecutive weeks, a partial cleaning will be done during your stay with linen and towels change. If you need a complete cleaning, it will be invoiced according to prices indicated at the reception. In blank period, the apartment cleaning is at your expense.

• Internet connection : An access code will be given to you upon your arrival to allow you to have an internet secure connection. For a 2 rooms and a 3 rooms apartment one access is given for a 4, 5 and 6 rooms apartment, two access is given, any additional connections will be charged.

• Your contact details : If you move house or change your e-mail address, do not forget to let us have your new postal or e-mail address so you continue to receive information and booking schedules in good time.

• Reminder: If you bring your pet with you, a 60€ fee will be charged per week per animal upon your arrival.

14 Sub lettingWe remind you that if you can’t use your weeks of occupation sub letting is not allowed. If such a case appears to CGH, we’ll have to charge you with double public price.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY IN YOUR RESIDENCE ?

Weeks to which you are entitled and which you do not wish to use will not be automatically bought back by CGH.You may however advise us in advance that you would like to put up certain weeks for buy-back by ticking the relevant box on your booking form opposite the selected week.1. Buy-backs can only be applied to specific weeks that you have made

available to us for rental and not to a whole period (high, medium, low) leaving the choice of week to us.

2. A week submitted for buy-back will be recorded as a personal use week. If we still have rental demand when the residences are full for all typologies we will advise you by e-mail that we will buy back your apartment for that week.

3. Buy-backs will generally be confirmed 15 days before the arrival date and may be validated up to the day before arrival.

4. CGH owns the right to personal use for that week. If you wish to use your apartment, you must first check with the CGH Owners’ Service to make sure that there is no buy-back active for that week. If that is the case, the service may authorise you to use your apartment.

5. You can alter your buy back dates no later than 30 days before your stay. After this date, no change will be accepted.

6. The payment of the buy-back will be done 60 days after the period bought back at the public price minus 40% or at the promotional price minus 40% if there is a special offer. You will be advised of the exact amount when the buy back is confirmed.

7. Weeks that are not bought back may not be carried forward to a later date.

8. Buy-backs are only possible on your own apartment and not on apartment you have previously booked in exchange for your own.

How to excHange ?1 Confirmation for exchanges and gaining exchanges

Exchanges are made according to supply and demand by date order in which requests are received and subject to a number of apartments made available for exchanges. As such, no assurance is given that they will be completed.n order to fulfil the largest number of requests, it is essential that you enter three different choices (different residences or different dates). If your request(s) cannot be met, you will be offered an alternative.If you are not satisfied with the alternative, you may be able to use your own apartment subject to availability.

2 Guide to exchangesYou can make an exchange : • With the same type of apartment than yours • In another resort • In the similar period

1 High Season week = 1 High Season week 1 Medium Season week = 1 Medium Season week

1 Low Season week = 1 Low Season week

• The weeks put up for exchange and gaining exchange in winter can only be exchanged during the winter season and weeks put up for exchange and gaining exchange in summer may only be exchanged during the summer season

Example : you own a 2 rooms apartment in High Season, you can change it with another 2 room apartment in any other CGH residences in High Season.We remind you that if you can’t use your weeks of occupation sub letting is not allowed.

3 Exchanges for a different type of apartment than your ownIf you would like to stay in a larger apartment than your own, you will pay : • the difference between price for an apartment as yours in the new residence and the bigger apartment resquested. • the cost of the exchange to 90€.

4 Exchanges for a different seasonality from your original entitlement (L/M/H)Exchanges for a highest seasonality are not possible even by paying the difference between both. If you want to occupy your apartment for a different seasonality from your original entitlement, you can buy an additionnal week with 20% discount.

5 Unused exchangesNo refund will be made for unused or cancelled exchanges nor may they be carried forward to a later date. However, you may alter your exchange until 30 days before your departure date. Acceptance of your new request will depend on availability and an administration fee of 70€ will be payable.

6 Exchange chargesEach exchange will be invoiced at 90€ per apartment and per week.

7 Gaining exchangesYou may exchange for extra period on the following values and according to preliminary agreement of our reservation department. IN WINTER 1 High Season week can be exchanged for 3 different Low Season weeks 1 High Season week can be exchanged for 1 Low Season week + 1 Medium Season week 1 Medium Season week can be exchanged for 2 different Low Season weeks IN SUMMER 1 High Season week can be exchanged for 2 different Low Season weeks Gaining exchanges are free in your residence except if you plan to occupy a biggest apartment than yours, this will be charged 90€. They are possible only in your residence and in your apartment or a similar category.Gaining exchanges cannot be subject to buyback.

1 Confirmation of exchanges

Exchange requests for the winter will be confirmed to you by post or e-mail

by 15 November 2016 for winter and 15 March 2017 for summer.

2 Useful information

The confirmation of an exchange guarantees the exchange of an apartment including the following facilities: all charges and taxes (except the holiday tax, which is due to the local authority), beds made up for your arrival, towels, television, tea towel, end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and the dishes).

You will, however, be required to pay a security deposit of 400€ per apartment and a supplement of 60€ per animal per week on arrival. Owners of parking spaces will have free use of a parking space when exchanging (subject to availability).

In other cases, the cost of parking is 60€ / week.
