1. All orders and bookings are made to almowazi.com for Advertisements and/ or Campaigns are subject to be

governed by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ad(s) includes the materials which advertise, promote, market, sponsor and/or endorse a product or a service

or a brand. These include text, graphics, layout, logos, audio or visual material, static and dynamic images,

animations, straplines, banner advertisement, hypertext, links, microsites, click through advertising.

3. Bookings:

* Parties may negotiate Bookings and Campaigns under which almowazi will deliver advertisements ('Ad(s)')

provided by Agency or Advertiser ('Client') on almowazi’s website(s) ('Site') for the benefit of the Client subject to

availability.

* In each case, a Booking request will be submitted by completing the application form in writing (which, unless

otherwise specified, for purposes of these Terms and Conditions shall include paper, fax, or e-mail) from the

Client to almowazi.

4. Each booking shall specify

* the type(s), language, location requested (i.e. zone) and sizes or other desired actions

* price(s) agreed with almowazi for the duration of the campaign

* the start and end dates of the campaign;

* identification of exclusivity options within specific pages of the almowazi website

* hyperlink to be applied – these will be verified by almowazi

5. Other items that may be included are, but are not limited to: reporting requirements such as impressions or

other performance criteria; any special Ad delivery scheduling and/or Ad placement requirements.

6. Revisions to accepted ads and campaigns must be made in writing and acknowledged by the other party in

writing.

7. If the Client wishes to postpone the Campaign Period almowazi shall consider such request in good faith but

shall have no obligation to consent to such postponement.

8. No ad(s) will be placed on the almowazi site unless full payment as per the payment terms have been received.

9. Advertising space cannot sold to any third party.
