COCKTAIL HOUR• Artisan cheeses and vegetable crudités market stand• Passed ahi tuna Pokie, cilantro and a jalapeño on a

crispy wonton chip• Passed molasses and bourbon-glazed pork tenderloin

with sun-dried cranberry jam• Passed Parisian bruschetta with peaches and brie on

crusty French bread

PLATED DINNER• Warm Club-baked rolls and whipped butter • Signature gourmet greens featuring mixed greens wrapped
